The fiend scans the bar slowly, wondering at the lack of action in such a typically busy place for RP'ing. He appears both amused and annoyed...begins twisting forms out of empty air....toying with matter in a nonchalant way. First a raging demon in miniature, then a beautiful array of jewels, which he crushes in his claw and spreads in a type of seal on the surface of the table in front of him. He makes the sands dance and reshape themselves........flow and cascade.....

The earth is the cradle of humankind

Oh, why I think I would be the one honored !

Extends her dainty hand, careful not to look horrified

I believe we shall waltz.

*begins the traditional box step and twist common to the huuuuuumans waltz*

Would someone please put on some Bach. A light and airy number would do fine.

but one cannot live in the cradle forever.User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

****Bach you say? So mote it be!***** The fiend grasps Rio's hand gently, and escorts her to the center of the dance floor.. they begin a relaxed waltz 6" above the floor........floating above a rift complete w/ starfield....
***While not one of my shell's favorite composers....Bach is soothing. We prefer Mahler and Sibelius actually. How has the reception preparation gone? Are there things you require? We have a few small things we could donate to your cause if need be.....****

i'd prefer Cradle Of Filth and Dimmu Borgir, sorry continue your waltz
Cradle? Demon Burger? Are you unfamiliar with the more vicious-sounding Norwegian and Swedish acts such as Marduk and Gorgoroth? We have been listening for many more years than most here on Gaia and thus may have heard things not commonly known. We also have an online radio station called Subversio Spes quod Lux Lucis, * DarkThrone's " Crossing the Triangle of Flames is playing now in IRL.Shall we sit Rio? I'd like to discuss Black Metal with this gentleman if I may?

Gorgoroth is awesome there one of my favorites
Have a seat and let's talk music. Are you familiar with Gaahl's band Trelldom? Not to be missed. Who are your favorite acts? Sargeist and Horna are two of my current favorites. I also really like Antaeus...

i like Horna their pretty cool. my favorite acts right now are Behemoth and Dimmu Borgir

Behemoth really are quite good. Always been just that far ahead of the pack since they started out almost 20 years ago. Not a fan of Dimmu, their first album was piss. Into Bathory or Striborg or anything like that?

If anyone here in the bar is interested, we posted our first topic today! It can be found in "The Blood Bin" of T3h Movie Guild. Hoping to get some discussion of cheap and gory movies going, a poll has been included as well..stop by and have some fun! Or is that considered "spamming" when you say such things? I still have problems with the definition of "spamming".... redface

Frost is my favorite band of all time. From Apocalyptic Raids (HellHammer) to Monotheist. Tom Fischer quit again recently...

That was some VERY intense s**t when it first hit the streets back in the wayback. I'll be buying the re-issued demos here in a week or so. Celtic Frost invented the "necro" sound. It'll be killer to have the old Hellhammer s**t again. mrgreen

Classic music?
I like Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" ...
Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsodies ... and others ...
*nods*
Well ...
I like Carmina Burana of Carl Orff too , meanly "Oh Fortuna".
I like the Iwasaku Taku's music, like "Accettami", "Si, tu sei diverso" and "The war of the last wolves".
And obviously the "One winged angel" of Nobuo Uematsu, this one is really good ...

Quite varied tastes! I am unfamiliar with Iwasaku Taku.
When it comes to Japanese music I listen to everything from samurai drinking songs all the way to Merzbow and Ruins ( fugging AWESOME!). Actually never checked out any classical compositions. More of a fan of the Boredoms and Yamataka Eye's work with John Zorn ( GOD!). Have to check out the others...
