@EG: About this ship: can I ask what exactly you expect us to do about it? You seem to be waiting for something, but I don't really know what you want.))

Tianara's eyes were dark with grief as she looked away again. "I don't know," she replied. "I just don't know. Mother says Rokshiden is doing all he can, but from what I gather, it was...bad. She..." The girl looked about ready to cry, and even underwater it was obvious that her eyes were too shiny.

When he spoke up, however, her gaze stopped thoughtfully on his face. "Actually...maybe there is," she murmured. "We need someone to assist Rokshiden. Someone older and more powerful. Could you...it's a lot to ask," she said softly, apologetic.

"But...if you could go to the closest place where you can reach Sorry? Or Narcis or Nezik, but Sorry would be best." She hesitated, then took a deep breath. "Their clan healer is an idiot, but the clan who lives closest to theirs has a very good healer. If you could reach her, and ask her to bring Acadya...She'll know who you mean."

Mac greeted Allen with a warm smile, and he went straight to the point, "Hello Allen, is Aria here?" he asked politely.

Mike was offset by the old man at first, expecting someone younger to answer the door. He peered inside to see all of his knickknacks and was amazed from his impressive collection. "Oh, my name is Michael" he quickly said, "I'm with Mac, we live together". Oh god, that sounds wrong he thought to himself.

((OOC: TBH, I don't really know how we would do that. Characters are scattered, and the merfolk aren't going to rush to the aid of a boat full of humans. The only ones who are actually freed up at the moment are...I think just Mac and Aria, isn't it? Everyone else who would be likely to do something is busy.))

The Sahagin raged on, striking terror into the people. One young boy tried to be a hero, "Take this you fugly beast!" he shouted. He struck the monster with a broken table leg from behind hard. The monster lurched forward, and then swiftly swung its clawed hand and arm as it turned around, striking the boy and scratching him in the process across the chest, also sending him backwards. The beast closed in on him as his parents watched in horror, "Oh god James!" his mother shouted. The boy got up, only to see the monster reaching and grabbing him around the throat. It choked him as he began to be lifted off the ground, gasping for air. The slimey creature's remorseless eyes gave no emotion.

Suddenly a gunshot was heard, and the creature was silenced as it gave up its grasp and dropped the boy. It fell into a pile, and quickly disintegrated into dust that blew away in the wind.

Everyone was shocked, and dazed. Jame's mother quickly rushed to his side, "Oh my baby, are you alright?" she smothered him with attention. James coughed a little, but nodded. "It wasn't so tough" he bragged, "I was about to get the better of him anyways".

Someone had pulled out their own gun and downed the monster by themself, although they remain anonymous. Many people already filmed the whole scene with cameras and cell phones, and was soon to be public news.
