None disturb your hunt Aria's eyes widened as she heard the sirens. "Please, please, please." She begged quietly, starting to run. "Let Grandpa be okay." She burst through the trees to see the ambulance sitting in front of her house. "No! Grandpa!" Sh flat out raced to the house, demanding an explanation. She stopped talking as soon as she saw Allen being loaded into the ambulance, blood soaking his clothes. Aria froze, then sank to her knees, watching. No.....He was the only family she had left..... ((Wow, I wasn't expecting the ambulances at their house, I was going for more of the beach scene. But cool I guess? How did it happen? did he have life alert? Do you have something planned?))

Mac was running alongside Aria, with Mike shortly behind. As soon as he saw the ambulances, he was puzzled, especially when he saw Allen covered in blood. "I don't understand...I was just here less than five minutes ago..." he said to her, "He was just fine. Who could have done this?".
Mike was shocked as well. The second time seeing this guy, he's injured. "I wonder what happened" he asked himself out loud.

None disturb your hunt Aria forced herself back to her feet, though she seemed unsteady for a minute. She moved to one of the technicians, grabbing his arm to get his attention. "What's going on here? What happened?" She demanded, sea green eyes flashing dangerously. she wanted answers and she was going to get them, one way or another. The technician glanced from Aria to Allen and back again. "I'm assuming you're his granddaughter? Anyways, we came here because of an emergency call. The operator couldn't make out what he was saying - something about a creature - but there was enough crashing and yelling to worry her. So we got sent out." He glanced at Allen again. They were finished loading him into the ambulance. "It looks like it was an animal attack, though it's not like any I've ever seen." He gestured and Aria followed him into the ambulance. There was no way she was leaving her grandfather now. Beneath the Blood moon

Mac quickly followed her, "Oh wait, I'm going with you" he said with courage, "I want to be there with you both". He was just as shocked as she was, but didn't show it. He cared for them both, as if they were also his family.
Mike decided to stay behind. "Don't worry, I'll stay here and take care of things" he said to them both. Mike usually said that when he felt like securing an area. He felt like maybe the area could still be dangerous.

The technician glanced at Mac, but said nothing. He simply helped Mac into the ambulance than closed the door. Aria was quiet through the ride as the EMS personnel worked. Allen was unconscious but he kept muttering about the 'dark creature' and 'the children of the ocean'. It didn't make any sense. It wasn't long at all before they arrived at the hospital. There, Aria and Mac were forced to wait in the waiting room. She paced back and forth, anxious. She could barely remember her parents and was she about to lose all that was left of her family? Her eyes shone with worry. Beneath the Blood moon

Mac listened to Allen's muttering and something clicked in his mind when he said dark creatures. The Dark One's could have done this to him. Mac waited until they were alone and stuck in the waiting room. "Aria" he told her, "I think I may know what was involved with his attack" he began to say.
Mike walked around the place hoping to find some clue as to what has happened. He felt bad for trespassing, but he walked into the still opened door to investigate.
Nira was watching all of the chaos unfold, and giggling, "Oh such fun, now everyone is getting all riled up" she spoke to herself.

None disturb your hunt Aria stopped pacing, turning to look at Mac. "Tell me. Tell me everything you know." She demanded of him. It was clear she cared deeply for her grandfather and was worried. She would do anything for him and she wanted to know what had hurt him like this. Normally, she would have asked nicer, but she didn't care right now, with her only family in the hospital.
The house was in shambles. All of Allen's knickknacks had been tossed around, several of the statues breaking. Somehow, thought the blonde mermaid statue had fallen, she was still in one piece. The place looked like a giant fight had taken place. There were claw marks gouged deep into the wood of the floor and small blood splatters were everywhere. Beneath the Blood moon

Mac began to speak, "Last night, I spent the night with Tianara and Joshua. We were attacked by these things called the Dark Ones, but they couldn't penetrate the barrier fully. The only way to fight them back is to think the happiest thoughts you can and don't let their negativity get to you, or that would be the end" he paused, "I can only imagine what they're capable of with that barrier" he said calmly. He brightened up a little, "Well I faced off with it last night, and I seemed to take care of it" he grinned, "But there are more out there".
Mike looked around, and felt as though he has seen this before from a movie. The place gave off sadness, and pain. He looked down and saw the mermaid statue and picked it up. He examined it with gentle hands, "Wow, she's beautiful" he remarked.

None disturb your hunt Aria listened quietly, her sea green eyes dark. "I see." She murmured quietly. She felt better, knowing what had happened now. Though she was still worried, she wasn't nearly as worried as she'd been before. The known enemy was always better than the unknown.
The house was quiet. A silence lay over what used to be a cheerful house. Whatever had attacked was gone now, it was clear. Only the messy house lay in tribute to it's attack. Beneath the Blood moon

The television was set to the news, and a story caught Mac's attention. "This just in. A cruisehip was last seen off the coast with an unusual creature on board. Passengers and crew members were shocked at its sudden attack and appearance. Where it came from no one can say for sure, but we have documented footage of the scene from multiple sources" Mac listened on, "Heres a clip".
The footage played and Mac quickly identified the beast, "A sahagin? Hm, I guess its already started" he said. This much didn't surprise him, he knew something like this would happen.
"It has been confirmed that the creature was shot, but the body strangely didn't remain. Others claim it just simply "turned into dust". Could we be dealing with the supernatural? More news tonight at eleven" the newslady ended.

She vaguely recognized the creature, though she was sure she'd never seen one before. "Things are moving quickly." She murmured to Mac in response. Mac took Aria's hand and gave her a calm look, "Everything will be fine. We just have to be ready, I don't want anything to hurt you either" he said to her, "I'm not sure how long we're going to wait, but are you sure you want to wait here? I'll stay wherever you are" he suggested to her.
Mike heard his phone ring. He picked it out of his pocket and answered, "Hey babe what's up?" he asked. It was Dao, his girlfriend, "Where are you?" she asked. "I'm just taking care of some business" he replied "it seems that trouble proceeds us". "Holy sh*******t" she replied bluntly, "I thought we moved to get away from all that crap". Mike smiled, "No, we moved to find a new home. I knew we'd be dealing with this our whole lives" he explained to her, "I will see you in a bit, where are you?" he asked. "I'm at work" she said, and Mike knew exactly where she worked. "Okay, see you there" he said as he hung up. He began his walk out of the house and into town.
