should know in addition to that bullies know that they won't be punished severly for what they do, sure they get banned but they can just make another but we do not want the goverment involved with the internet if it can't even handle the decling morality thats their fault in the first place.

Turnabout Fortress is a story series based off a video name called Team Fortress 2, and a little off of the Higurashi series.
