Mala thought for a moment. "Maybe. That depends on if you'd like to or not."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I wouldn't mind. It would also mean two more people making sure this mortal doesn't get us both beaten and killed." Van said.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Very well. I just hope that the innkeepers still take gold. If not, well, we'll probably have to get our rest out in a campsite." Mala muttured, smiling faintly at Van now.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

((*just heard a song that sounds remarkably like it's saying 'slap that boobie'* XD ))

"You still seem...kind of glum. That was just Kai being Kai, you know?" Van said. "Or that could just be my imagination and I've become used to cheering you up about one thing or another."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"I'm probably just having a hormonal over reaction. It's nothing." Mala said, offering Van a kiss on the cheek before turning to head back upstairs. "I'm kind of sleepy. I'll go take a nap."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Alright. Sweet dreams then." Van said giving her kiss on the cheek in return.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Mala smiled a bit more before heading upstairs and off to bed. Perhaps a light nap would do her good?

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"At least this means less secrets around here. I didn't think we could really keep this all under wraps until we left anyway." Van said plopping down on the couch to read for a while.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Larai remained silent, having already burried herself in a book moments ago.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"And I don't know if you wanted to come along or not, but you're welcome to come with us depending on what your mother thinks when we're about ready to leave." Van offered.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"I don't see why I can't, given that you'd both want me to come along." Larai said with a soft smile, continuing to read her book.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Besides, we'd need meat shields in case of emergency." Van joked. "In all serious though, I'm honestly just worried that, as a mortal, I can't put up as good of a fight as before and get the both us badly beaten because of it."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"If you've got a twitchy trigger finger, a silver tongue, and an eye for a set-up...you'll do fine." Larai assured Van with a grin, now shutting her book so that she could look over at her father. "Last time I checked, you had all three."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Not sure what a twitchy trigger finger would do me when I have no powers to speak of." Van said raising an eyebrow at her. "I'm not used to being mortal, so there's no telling what shape the rest of my body's in."

 

[M3Gnificent]

Larai pulled out a concealed pistol and twirled it on her finger, grinning. "Aim right, keep a good bullet and clean gun handy, and you won't need to be an immortal to handle mow of the riffraff."
