well you could smash the window with it... what else are you going to use? a gun? and shoot the tires and drive off?

^If I was going to steal a car, I would try to do as little damage as possible. I would use a wire or something similar to pick the locks, then use it to complete the ciecuit between the battery and engine. If that wouldn't work, I'd hotwire the car.
