Amie hopped up and ran after Uri. We were on the move again and not a moment too soon either. Amie looked back as Nerevar came after her. She grinned as the whole group ran on deeper into the forest.

Nerevar could sense the demons bioelectricity getting weaker but even so the group didn't need them catching up. "How well do you know the route Lutra?"

"how does a spider know it's web?" Lutra grinned, she needed to write that down next chance she got. she ducked under a branch and left the path, veering down a narrow, hidden path.

The patter of feet against the brush of the ground beated in his ears. The sound of breathing increased to keep up with the pacing. Uri ran with his arms limped, flowing behind him and his body bent forward. With one quick leap, Uri jumped on the nearest branch above and continued upward, higher and higher until he reached the tops of the trees. He saw where the demons were from the rustling of trees. He held out both his hands infront of him, palms outward towards the demons direction. The storm was clearing fast and with simple easy he brought up the snow, that layed out on the ground, behind them to give more of a chance to evade.
Uri lept down and hurried back, traveling alongside, in the forest trees.

Nerevar smirked at Lutra's riddle, and continued running. Uri lept up in front and as Nerevar looked over his shoulder he saw the snow fall behind them. He wasn't sure how long it would hold them off as the demons were certainly getting more restless by the minute. He now paid close attention to the demons bioelectricity which was now not getting any weaker... they were on the move and following at the same rate as the group lead. "They have begun their pursuit" Nerevar shouted over the group.

Uri looked over to Nerevar,"Hey, that is my line." He gave a witty smirk as he ran along side. "The snow will not do a whole lot, but ever little bit helps. It will melt soon, either way it is easy to get through. It would atleast by a few more minutes. We need to protect Lutra at all costs. She is the weakest link in the group, physical wise." Uri lept from branch to branch trying to keep pace and not loose attention on task. It is much harder to just jump from branch to branch then it was to walk on solid ground.

Nerevar smirked as you would to a friend at Uri's remark. "I agree, I will give you as much of a warning as I can when they get too close. Are you able to detect when an organism steps within the snowfall?"

"No," Uri has said to nerevar. "I can only hear them. The only thing I can do with ice is create it and manipulate it. Unless there is a constant temperature, I need to use energy to maipulate it. This is why I created the cod front. The temperature around my body is any temperature I will it to be in a 3 foot radious. But there is a limitation to how high I can go. My body is not ment for hot temperatures so I must keep it a contant low. So there is not much to control or sense outside my physical bounds this way."

she glanced up at Uri throught the passing branches. ducking, Lutra passed beneath him and continued down a completely unmarked path. "this way." she called over her shoulder.

Uri smirked at her,"Then what is wisdom without strength to balance out with protection?" He saw the sudden change of direction and turned, now on the left hand side of everyone.

"that's why i suggested more than 3 for a quest. i'm no use in a fight and you could be overpowered." Lutra countered, not removing her eyes from the unseen path as she searched for her clues that she left each return passage.

"Ahhh I understand." Nerevar replied to Uri. They made a sharp turn through the forest and Nerevar followed. The demons position had grown slightly further away, they must have hit Uri's barrier.
