@Viral & Sanzo - Orbit downloader to catch the movies as they stream, then Freez FLV to MP3 converter to "rip" the music. Essentially, all it REALLY does is convert the FLV to MP3 format, but it puts it in a seperate directory so you still have the FLV to watch the actual video in, if you have a player for FLV files that is. I use FLV player for that.

The only downside is that you can't change the audio quality. The base quality of a youtube video's audio is Mono sound with 128 b/s quality. I can't change it to stereo or up the quality like I could with another program I used to use. Damn my memory for forgetting it's name...
Oh well, that's life I suppose. At least I'm still able to get the songs.
Oh yeah, and Orbit's Grab++ (the program used to catch the streams) can't grab the high quality videos ( the ones with "&fmt=18" at the end of their URL )

@Alky: Is there a point in increasing audio quality if the sound on the video is mono@128kbps? I don't think increasing the sound quality will make it sound better at all.
