Monica rose early, taking a cup of coffee as she sat in the main parlor of her mansion. "Any reports today?", she asked and a secret police member rose from the shadows.
He began, "Ma'am, the Chief General is still not waking up, the head priestess is still in Diethelm and we haven't been disturbed by rebels since Helmshire fall", he saluted.
Monica sighed and said, "Is that all? Then take your leave." She muttered to herself, "I did imagine things to be easier once the rebels and Helmshire were gone. I never imagined it to be sadder and less intriguing as well"

Once the meal was complete, Damien wiped his mouth with a napkin and said "I suppose we should return to see how the surgery was doing. I had a hard time sleeping last night. I was too worried" the Absolute Leader said.

"Alright then, though as I said before, it's not an overnight process. It will take a few weeks to a month of treatments depending on how quickly he heals." She said. "I'll go finish getting ready." She said as the maid took her plate and empty tea cup. She returned to her room and quickly got dressed and ready to go, letting her hair down under her veil since she didn't have time to put it up. "I... I'm ready." She told him.

Damien nodded and headed down to the helicopter pad, grabbing his military cap along the way. The helicopter arrived and both Damien and Lianne were led in. It then headed off in the direction of the hospital that Jian was in.
