Well; it wasn't designed for combat, so it just holds a single bolt, and takes a few seconds to recharge its accelerators

I don't think a battery pack has been made since the destruction; we keep them and recharge them

We have a rudimentary power grid in Hansa that the battery packs can be plugged into to feed off of
