It's decided. He wears skirts when he has to go somewhere during his days off from school
School's got uniforms, to make his life that much more difficult and the story that much more interesting. 3nodding

I would think they would be long skirts, and that he would wear normal-looking shirts.

I Know! Everyone at school can make fun of him and a call it a girl's skirt when really it's called a...MAN-SKIRT!!!
Edit: We can have Muffin and some his friends the only ones calling it a Man-Skirt.
