I'm sorry for finding this funny... but does anybody else find it hilarious that United States President George Bush has made a speech about world literacy?

Two of my favorite bumper stickers:

"If you can read this, you're not the President", and

"Somewhere in Texas, a village is missing its idiot"

I apologize to all those Bush fans (I'm sure there's some here somewhere), but really. I like to at least believe our president is smarter than I am; this is one of those rare cases where I know it isn't true.
