he nods and dives he began to hunt many fishes until he came across the same shark as before " not this time you MOFO!!! " he began to fight it off until he killed it by stabbing his knife into its brain. with that he waves at Aries and points at the shark ¨ mine is bigger than yours!! LMAO¨

Aries squealed. "Oh! How could you! These fish give thier lives only to provide us with enough food to survive! Just as that shark before only wanted to survive when he bit you... It had no malicious intent! There's no need for senseless killing in these waters!" She cried for the loss of her fellow sea creature.

he looks at her feeling bad.... "im sorry..... i didnt mean it like that...." he places the shark down and prays for it.. unaware that his air had run out he sighs and faints in the water.

"Ah!" Aries swam over and dragged him to the surface water. She held his head above water until she got to the shore. She placed him on his back on the sand and performed mouth-to-mouth.

he coughs and spits the water away but he doesnt look at her. "i truly am sorry..... i will never...hunt ever again..." he throws his knife into the sea and rests on the sand.

Aries sighs. She swims out and finds his knife then swims back. "This has nothing to do with hunting... it's not your fault. Your species is naturally... wasteful." She pet his cheek gently. "Besides... You can't give up hunting. You have to eat somehow." she smiled.

he grabs the knife and throws it on the rocks "i will manage... somehow.." he looks at the palms finding that they had coconuts on them " i live out the land.."

Jasmine had finally gotten to the library, she looked over at the librarian and smiled, knowing her well because she had gone there a lot. She went over to one of the shelves in the 'M' section, then found a few books on Mermaids. She looked at some of them, then when she found a book she thought would have a lot of facts. Jas went over to the librarian with her book, handed her the book and her library card and said, "I would like to check out this book please." When she got her book, she went outside and sat on a bench near outside the library, and started reading it..The book was called, 'Mermaids and other Creatures.' She began to read, and the look on her face told that she found it very fasinating.

"I could give you a ride back if you want? Just grab hold of one of my horns."Kal said swimming up beside her to where she could grab hold of one of his great horns. He was heading back in the direction anyways.

he nods " i never want to hurt you like that ever.. again... even if i should die.. id rather die than hurting your friends.." he sighs and closes his eyes to hear the sound of the waves that produced a sweet melody.

Logic swam around in circles, bored out of his mind. Makai swam in lazy loops around him. He let out a heavy sigh before a movement caught his eye. "Kal!" he shouted, lifting a hand out of the water to wave. "Katalina!"

Katalina took hold of Kal's horn. "That's very kind. Thank you," she replied. Then a voice caught her attention. She glanced up and noticed Logic. Lifting her free hand in a wave, she called, "What brings you so far from home?"

Kal turned and moved towards Logic, his large serpentine body rippling through the water. The first thought of a human if they saw him would be of the dragons of old. "Hello Logic."he greeted the merman in a friendly tone. He didn't smile in his true form much, for it could be terrifying.

Katalina simply held on and went along for the ride. It was sort of fun, actually, not having to propel herself through the water for once.
She wondered what humans did when they got tired of standing on the ground - well, besides get on boats. Maybe she would ask Joshua if she saw him again.
