Why does he rip pants and have to wear skirts if he can be perfectly human...?
So then he wears a skirt and man-legs...?They just wanna embarass the poor b*****d to make themselves feel better.

Well I get their purpose. I just want to make sure that's why he ever wears a skirt.
And if he is wearing a skirt, then...do you still see his tenticles?
How does he transform back into a human? When he's dry? Is there a certain amount of time that needs to pass?

So then he wears a skirt and man-legs...?Actually he wears the man-skirts outside of school to avoid the hassle of destroying any pants he's wearing when he transforms. He wears pants in school to try and look normal.

He prefers to wear skirts when he can, because then if he accidently got wet he wouldn't be ruining his clothes. He does not wear a disguise suit, as once he dries off again he can change simply back to his more humanoid form.
At school, he has to wear pants because of the uniform.
Get it?

You're asking too many questions!
He has a human form, and he wears skirts so people can think he's bisexual. From what I see, there's no real purpose.
Maybe he transforms back into a human after a few minutes or a few hours. It can't be "until he's dry" because those tentacles are always slimy, I'd imagine.

If he's wearing the skirt, he probably isn't tentacley at the moment. Technically when he's tentacley he doesn't need to wear clothes. ninja He can't walk on his tentacles, he's pretty much immobile on land if he ever gets wet.

Good question. Let's add that one to the questions list.

I would think he lives with Mom, Dad, over religious hawt roomie that luvs sushi, and everybody else would live somewhere different, but nearbye.
That's not very specific, though. Let's try and come up with a more satisfying solution as a group...
Edit: Oh, and yes, I figure he could drag himself around, but that's not very comfortable and is also very very tiring (looong tentacles and scrawny bishie arms) so yes, as a last resort but I personally think he would prefer to be carried. 3nodding
And yes, a very big tub indeed. xd
