I know it's not easy, I helped my ex do it though. She was ******** irritable as hell n really pist at me for about a week n a half. But she did it...you gotta keep ur mind busy though. Go swimming or workout or take kickboxing lessons, jus keep urself busy for the first 2-6 weeks. After the first week it getz easier, n after the 2nd week it gets even easier. N jus keeps goin down the line. biggrin N afterwards u feel good knowing u kicked a bad habit and know that u can kick anyones a** afterward too. biggrin
