Jaft is Jaft... for some reason I don't know how to draw him any other way.

To slim on the difference between the first and second drawing: I agree with the eyes, it looks much more "me" in the second picture. 3nodding
I really didn't do much acting in the thread, and as time drew nearer to New Years I attempted to act a bit more like myself (without doing anything that was blatently obvious...the fireman discussion being the closest thing to directly giving me away).
