Through quick thinking and a little luck, Siloth was able to dart just where he needed to be to flame Thread that sought to harm his wingmates. Not today, Thread!

As Dhremorath fought against the wind, his large size worked against him. Though he was able to beat it back, he was not quick enough to avoid being damaged by the Thread which burrowed into his side and haunches. With a bugle, he followed Z'von's guidance between and back.

The wind at this altitude was brutal, worse than at the upper altitude. W'ill could feel Faloth fight to dodge and flame Thread, but with a sense of immense pride, he knew the brown was managing just fine.

In moments like this one, it was fortunate indeed that Dhremorath's immense size and muscular bulk could soak up damage - and that he had considerable stamina, as well. The wind was no friend of his, but he could endure it.
Thread falls, and a sneaky strand winds up chewing on your wingsail. You pop Between to ease the pain, and come out flaming. It hurts, but it's small tubers compared to what it could have been! +1 Pain Resilience]
A single strand of Thread was blown into Faloth's wingsail, and he let out a cry and immediately went between, where the cold still blackness eased the pain. He emerged flaming, easily charring a nearby clump of Thread. Compared to the pain of the hits they'd taken at the high altitude. this was nothing.

Dhremorath let loose a great gout of flame as Thread fell in heavy clumps down below. His flame rendered it into little more than ash, and the bronze bellowed his victory over their ancient nemesis.

The bronze hissed when a strand of Thread dared to score his wingsail, but followed Z'von's guidance gladly to relieve himself of the nuisance. This was truly nothing.

Silmarath's small size was at times a boon. As he fought against Thread, it narrowly missed him - and it surely would have scored a larger bronze.
