You like to party alot right? Plus you`re a ninja lord, so most court systems would think this as endangerment. But that is a Why Not? court system, so they probably said Why Not? Absolutely no sense, yet makes perfect sense at the same time. No it doesn`t. Why hasn`t anybody asked for an appeal? I guess they trust me. Yes! Hmm...Somebody would ask for an appeal. Maybe I'm actually the safest person for you. I don't always party anyways, and the ninjas only come on the weekends.

Zphal and Khali are the beginning of the tree, Me and Skept are two separate families, I'm Saikii's legal guardian since Pulga doesn't show much, and Ling's a lurker.(Man, that sounds wrong somehow.)
