Mmmmmmm... some genmai-cha or some hot cocoa sounds really good... Ooooh! Hot cocoa with a bit of mint liquer and/or small bits of candy cane!

Ooooh! Genmai cha is basically green tea with bits of roasted brown rice. You really want a strainer for this type (for nothing is as gross-looking as really soggy rice in tea) but it gives green tea a toasty flavour.
