Vipassana eh? Although I'm not very good, once I find more time, I'm going to try to improve how I do loving-kindness meditation.

I feel glad that people wait for me! *slightly blush*
Although I've only started with meditation practice, it has been very beneficial whenever I could find time to practice.
*motions Isel to sit to prevent wooziness and approaches his table*
