I'd be glad to give out some tips. My style is a bit different that Yen's. I wish I could say my guides were done, but after my comp crashed last week, taking my progress with it, I'm a bit disheartened. I had great screenies too. *sigh*

Anyhow, you guys have questions or do you just want me to spill it?

My marketing strategies change depending on time of the week, how much time I spend on gaia, etc. Recently I haven't been vending very much, as so, for profits I've been taking a sort of instant gratification approach to it. I'm vending the big stuffs. I made a lot of g's recently (for me - not a lot for someone who vends a lot ~ they make crazy gold) by selling the bag of wins. I strongly suggest getting in on the next box, hat, bag of awesomeness.

Purchasing and reselling items when they're hot is a great way for fast cash. This happens when
a) a sealed is opened on the 15th
b) new items are released in the cash shop
c) items evolve (if pose is popular)
d) items are about to disappear from c s
If one of these things happen and you're lucky enough to be at the computer, vend! Even if you're multitasking you can still expect good profits.
With these profits I like to hoard. When items AI, guess what? Investments have paid off, woohoo. Tie your money up in popular items, you can find this out simply by checking out avi's.

I'll take it to heart considering I can't access the games/quests from my computer. it's taking me FOREVER to get stuffs. *breathe* & recently my kiddo's stuff was stolen(hacked); so now my efforts are to store some stuff to entice her back to Gaia.

I'm stuck with a 'Benny the Puppy' and the price is dropping quicker than I can sell. Do you think it will ever go back up? It's good for other ppl tho cause sometimes I give up and give the item as gift if I can't see myself getting a profit! rofl

I haven't really been on gaia, let alone the mp so I don't know about the price drop. What did you pay for benny if I might ask? One thing that would make it go up would be if they announce a new freebie on the $25 target cards but who knows if that'll happen anytime soon. The price also changes at different times of the day. If you can afford to, hold onto him. He should probably go up enough soon to at least get most of your gold back.
It sucks to have to take a loss, but it happens.
