a friend of mine for a while...was so mad at me for whatever reason for me keep on saying "I" so I was so close to always having to talk to her in 3rd person

You know, I dunno, she went through this...thing... eek ..and like she was like...."you're always saying I!!...I...I...I...! You know you're a selfish a*****e, stop saying I Ok!?"

I was litertly confused on how else can I speak when I have to use the word "I"!? I MEAN C'MON!!!? I don't know a person IRL who actually talks in 3rd person in a normal convo!

That is really strange. Next time just start asking her all sorts of questions relating to her, that should show her.
