I'm taking weight training (still in high school) if anyone knows what that is. Though when I get home I work on my abs for two hours. I love my body heart

I do about 2 hours, 6 days a week. I do more in the spring when it's lacrosse season. =)

oh geez. all of my friends are super duper skinny and they don't work out THAT much.... i don't work out at all. its hard for me to get motivated.. ya know? anyone have any tips? no friends work out together when they're 13.

i probably work out 5-6 hours a week and probably 3-4 miles a week

Quite simply, not enough. Maybe I should make it my new year's resolution. I'm very self conscious though and still live with my parents. I feel insecure having them know I want to work out a bit.

Being a P.E. teacher, I work out every weekday. I also do yoga and cardio on the weekends.

5 hours a week. 30 minutes on Mon, Tuesday, and Thursday. 2 Hours each on Saturday and Sunday.

Absolutely NONE beside running with the hyperactive German shepherd for about 30 min a day. I'm 5' 4" and 135 lbs. crying

I'm in the swim team and we practice everyday for 2 hours Monday through Friday, plus I do Saturday swims...so 12 hours a week, excluding the workouts I do at home. Altogether, I'd say at least 16 hours per week. o___o'

30 minutes a day every week. I do handstands, cartwheels, push ups, curl ups, and more.

About 30 mins two or three times a week. I only need to concentrate on toning my abs right now.
