There's always a limit, though. the French Revolution, the American revolution, just to name a few.

yes, but those borders are differently high, there is always the factor of "bread and games" and then add some paranoia, like being afraid of terror or something like that and soon you can raise a police state and laws were human dignity is a foreign word.

Hubbard even owned the mantle of Crowley, that scumbag tried to ally with Crowley, until he got kicked out.

and we also seem to be talking about black magic and satanism. it seems that satan worshipers welcome demons into there homes and are usualy tortured by these demons. black magic does the same exact thing and still people belive that it is good.

"Magic" was not forbidden in general during medieval times, though white magics, were still allowed because they were considered to do good, like having a lot of healthy children, healthy cattle, to protect the home and what not.
Black magics which were considered to harm people were forbidden due to the malevolent reasons sticking behind.

The very notion of scientology is a scourge, humans attempting the total destruction of humanity through the guise of something else.
Nothing new really.

deppfan Ok, so here's what Scientology is about: L. Ron Hubbard came up with the idea that aliens came to earth. They were lizard beings with special abilities and super intelligence. They interbred with humans, and so only some special have these special I guess you could say particles in them. Once you embrace them, and learn what you can do with them and how to control them- only through the Scientlology church- you become a better person, and in a way, transcend to a higher level. Sounds a lot like the mitochlorians crap brought into the Star Wars universe to try and explain The Force. No human came up with the idea that aliens came to earth and manipulated primal humans into homo-sapians. Its just the way things are, duh. It'll be so obvious when your dead or ascended. Most of you will be dead as you won't realize how to ascend in time, I feel sorry for your souls, but thats the truth of reality. And the rest of that is just stupid. xp
