Nope, 1 key per dungeon set, if you get it and don't use it, it disappears once you enter the next 10 floors. Since all chests are 1-time treasures.

As you have probably guessed locked chests will grant you a nicer item and once found all that will be inside is a note that says "so and so has beaten you to this item, better luck next time"

I'll Also be adding the names to each 10th lvl of the first to reach it. Since every 10th lvl will be the hardest roll to get.
