I don't know, sticking strictly to Anime? I like Ichigo from Bleach though, Vash would probably be my favorite.

And a ton of other subfavorites from dozens of series. Darn. There's no way I could pick one, but it'd be between Evangeline and Xellos... and a couple of the TOS characters. sweatdrop
