O'Connell Family
Seán ----- │ ----- Fiona │ Dana ----- │----- McKenna
Hand in hand, McKenna and Seán O'Connell abruptly stop walking. Being a muggle, McKenna couldn't go through the solid barrier dividing Platforms 9 and 10. She could possibly go through, but she didn't think she was up to it this time. Despite having wizard friends longer than she'd been married to one, she was still a bit unsure of all the magic. "What's wrong baby?" he asked his beautiful wife, hoping she would have changed her mind. "I'd rather see 'em off 'ere than board the train," she said, looking at her girls. "It might be easier 'or me," she gave him a small, reassuring smile.
"Mommy," Fiona said, turning around and running up to her mom. "Yes love?" she asked her teary eyed daughter, squatting down with open arms. Fi ran right into her mother's open arms and cried. "Shush love," she cooed, wrapping her arms around her and pulling her in closer. "You won't be gone that long," she said, rocking them back and forth.
Seán bent down, preparing to catch Dana as she ran up to him. "Daddy, I will miss you," she told him as he picked her up and put her in the air. "Daddy will miss you too," he told his giggling child. He lowered her and pulled her in, holding her in his arms. "Daddy will miss you too," he said again, quietly. "I love you daddy," she said, hiding her crying eyes in his neck.
It was pretty clear who was the daddy's girl and who was the mommy's girl. Both parents had teary eyes, and both smiled when they looked over and saw their other child in the other parents embrace. As Fiona and McKenna broke their loving embrace, Fi ran up to her father. With the arm not holding Dana, he brought her in. "Fi will miss you too!" she said, making sure to get her spot with their dad. "I'll miss Fi too," he told her, giving her a smile. "The both of you do realize I am going to the Platform, 'ight?" he asked them as his wife came over and kissed Dana. "Mommy will miss you," she whispered, taking her from Seán. "We know," they said together and giggled. McKenna rolled her eyes and smiled. "My silly little girls."
McKenna put her back down and the girls ran back to their carts. Quickly, Seán gave his emotional wife a kiss before he caught up with them. "I will run in with Fi, and hold on to the end of you cart," he told Dani, who nodded. They did as he said and McKenna broke down as soon as Dani disappeared through the barrier.

Once again, Cathryn ran straight through the brick wall, her luggage cart pushed in front of her. Her owl, Rowena hooted in surprise as the wall dissolved around her. Cathryn's cat, mother, and father trailed after...

Dahlia Edgeworth // Damien EdgeworthHousewife // Kin'gs Cross // WearingUnsorted // First Year // King's Cross // Wearing═════════════════════════════════
spaceDahlia arrived at King's Cross, son in tow, at around seven thirty. They were a tad early for the departure, but arriving early ensured that he would be able to get a good seat on the train. She looked around, pleased to see that it wasn't very crowded. There was a large number of muggles, all of them giving the pair odd looks, but she could care less as to what they thought. She headed towards the barrier between the two platforms, and nodded to it. "Damien, go on."
spaceDamien glanced to his mother, his eyes wide and nervous. He shook his head. Edgeworths didn't get nervous; they were always cool, always confident, always in control. He wanted to make a run for the barrier, get it over quick, but he couldn't give any indication that he was nervous. So, he took a deep breath and forced himself to walk towards it, calmly and carefully, his every step measured.
spaceDahlia followed after her son, walking through the barrier to Platform 9 & 3/4.

Tristain stormed through the crowds of people as if she could have cared less whether or not they were there, her eyes on the barrier between platforms 9 and 10 the entire way.
She had taken her sweet time getting there, and she knew her brother would be waiting—worried, as always. Colton had spent a majority of the summer away with Ronyo, and it hadn't been until just a couple weeks ago that Tristain had found out the unfortunate news regarding the murder of his girlfriend's family. She wanted so badly to be able to comfort Phi, but from what she heard, her fellow Ravenclaw was not even in the same country right now.
With all that was going on, Tristain had managed to get her father to simply drop her off in front of the station, and being that he was a muggle, she didn't have to argue long. She had promised to meet up with Colton as soon as she got to Platform 9 and 3/4, and that was exactly what she was on her way to do.
Without hesitating, she strolled right up to the barrier at a brisk jog, a smile on her face as the travel through space tickled her pale skin."Love to faults is always blind, always is to joy inclined. Lawless, winged, and unconfined, and breaks all chains from every mind."- William Shakespeare

Victoria Wurfel First Year
"Did you just see that?" squeaked her sister. Victoria didn't reply she was too busy gaping. Seeing the first family charge a solid brick wall and not clatter to the ground could pass as a trick of the light, but two was just...
"This is apparently the entrance," he father said in what sounded like a slight awed voice."Ingenious really, not only is it accessible to...um, wizarding types, but also to us. It's a convenient for all really."
Victoria and Rae both gave him disbelieving look before turning back to look at towards the seemingly solid platform wall. Victoria almost couldn't bring herself to believe it wasn't solid, almost couldn't believe it. A small part of her could and did, especially when she thought back to the archway that had appeared behind a dumpy looking pub in the middle of London. An archway into another world, just like the wall in front of her. Only now she had a different worry.
What if it only worked for true witches and wizards? What if she didn't have magic enough to get through? Would she run into a solid wall, utterly humiliated or would she blasted back by some magical force to remind her of her place? She began worry the inside of her mouth, she could feel her hand tighten painfully on the handle of her trolley cart. Then suddenly another pair of hands joined hers. For a moment she thought her sister was going to steer her away. Opening her mouth to speak, she found that she wasn't quite sure she didn't want to just walk away. Especially since she didn't want to be rejected. Not after all she had seen, but the nagging voice had start on the annoying and stomach knotting question. Asking over and over again, What if I'm not a witch? What if I'm not a witch?
"On the count of 3," her sister whispered. Victoria gave her a startled and panicked look, only to see a set and determined one stare back at her.
"What? You think you're going to squat out now? Oh no! Wurfels never take a gamble they can win and you've been reading up on all that rubbish all summer. You are ready!"
Feeling a gentle and firm grip on her shoulder, Victoria turned to look up into her father's face, "We know you're ready. Go and make us pride, Victoria."
With that he gave her forehead a kiss and then stepped back. Victoria feeling a bit numb, but with a grow sense of excitement turned to look at her sister who nodded.
"1..." "... 2..." "3!" They charged the barrier. Running as fast as she thought allowed, Victoria watched the wall loom closer and closer. She took in a sudden gasp of air when her sister let go of the handle to fall away, but before she turn around to see where her sister was. The platform was gone.

Richard Drage First Year - Unsorted —¤÷(`[¤* *¤]´)÷¤—
Rick walked alongside his father, both searching for the entrance to Platform 9 3/4. They had both arrived early, though Rick suspected his father would be leaving quickly to get to work. He heaved a sigh. Usually he was used to his father not paying that much attention to him. However, what with the impending school year, his father had been spending more time with him just to pick up his school supplies. He just wished his father would just leave already. He had so far done quite well without his father paying that much attention to him, and he would do so again.
He spotted what looked to be several students disappearing into a brick wall. He just blinked a bit. His father, however, just urged him along with a slight push. "Come on, Rick. It's easier if you just go ahead and run at the barrier. That way, it's less intimidating."
"Less intimidating?" He rose an eyebrow at his father, but when the other man didn't speak, Rick just squared his shoulders and started jogging toward the barrier. Expecting a crash, he closed his eyes at the last minute, but when it didn't happen, he opened them again and found himself on the other side.
