Oni: I was briefly thinking a third route would be fun. A sort of hybrid, but now I am even more and more for being in the Future and just converting to a far in the future setting were both Tech and Ninjas have advanced so much. I can see at least one Steam Punk Ninja village <3. Hidden Steam Village oh wait..Hidden Gear already is Steam Punk.

You can't get too off into that realm or else some people would loose interest and think that its different but thats just me. You could have a village that is more advance in tech than the others though...maybe a cool spin off.

No, I can do it. I do twists. I won't assume. Just because just because you say so doesn't mean its' true and i've always been a do thing's at my pace kind of guy. not worrying about what others think anyway. It's not wrong to be different and unique.
Do you really want to be like all those other RPs?

Now besides that point. Can you be honest? Have you read the link yet?
I swear I had my own version of the Sannin but I don't remember creating a new Tsunade for the RP, so I am going to have to come up with one just to be fair.
Keep in mind the Jiraiya might not even reach Toad Sage Mode since I've never imagined him as that sort of sage.
I've always called him a Yama Sennin in his old man form which means Mountain Sage. He's basically a this guy you find on some mountain somewhere. He's hybrid Fire/Earth do being born in a border town of sorts, so Mountain can own Jiraiya in Earth Jutsu eventually. Earth just may be his primary chakra.
