•Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique) C Rank Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
•Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken) B Rank Description: Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. •Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) B Rank Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.
•Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Barrier) A Rank Description: An ultimate defense of the Mist Shinobi, Suiton Suijinheki requires a great deal of water to work, or mastery of the appropriate level of Mizu Soujuu. Upon completing the technique, a large, swirling barrier of water surrounds the user and any nearby allies. This protects against any fire technique, as well as any ninjutsu that are projectiles by nature. Attempting to breach the barrier with taijutsu is self-defeating, the opponent who attempts to do so will find himself being whirled around the barrier and slammed into the ground several times throughout the duration of the technique as he is caught in its strong current.

•Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique) C Rank Description: After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.
•Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique) C Rank Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.
•Raiton: Yusuburu Kasugai no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Jolt Clamp) B Rank Description: The user turns their chakra into electrical current and grab the opponent, sending a jolt of electricity into the opponent, temporarily paralyze an area of muscle.
•Kanri Soushitsu no Jutsu (Control Loss Technique) B Rank Description: A rather sophomoric skill in itself forming electricity into the primary hand of the Cloud-Nin the shinobi delivers a full on palm strike to the body, the voltage of this particular technique is considered high enough that the target generally loses control of the bowels and bladder causing a rather distracting mess in their undergarments. Obviously the catch is however that one has to be hit by the palm strike to fall victim to this immature tactic.
•Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique) B Rank Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.
•Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) B Rank Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
•Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique) B Rank Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.
•Inbikiri Seeji no Jutsu (Lightning Sage Technique) A Rank Description: The user must maintain concentration for a minute (1 post) as user concentrates on sending electricity through their own muscles thus stimulating themselves to become stronger, faster and more flexible; this raises your base stats by +1/+1 beyond the cap. Lasts for an entire fight before needing to be recharged.
•Chidori A Rank This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target, increasing their speed for the duration of this attack by 1. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
•Rensa Raikou no Jutsu (Chain Lightning Technique) A Rank Description: A useful technique generally used in an attempt to take out a group of enemies by surprise. Forming electricity into both hands the Cloud Nin launches a continuous stream of Lightning at one opponent, if the technique hits one person it immediately launches itself at the next non-friendly person in range. The lightning chain specifically targets water that is found in the body, so bunshins are generally left untouched unless it's a Water Bunshin. The original number of targets this jutsu can initially hit is three.
•Raiton: Shichū Shibari (Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind) A Rank Description: Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, then shoot bolts of lightning, immobilizing the target and possibly doing damage to them.
•Raiton: Rairyu Rendan no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Dragon Attack) S Rank Description: Sends a create dragon to smash into the opponent, sending forth an incredible shock through the opponents body. That can leave their entire body temporarily paralyzed.
•Kouten no Saiketsu (Heaven's Judgement) S Rank Description: A technique that causes overall destruction and chaos, performing a number of seals a large spinning tube of lightning launches itself out of the user's body and speeds away in the direction that the Cloud-Nin was facing. Going at a particularly high speed this tube begins to tear up all peices of land it touch and bores large holes through anything that has the horrible chance of being in front of it and then explodes in a huge burst of electricity essentially electrocuting anyone within close proximity of the explosion.

•Hikari no Kekkai [ Light's Barrier ] B Rank After the needed handsigns are performed, a plate of fuzzy light appears upon the user's chest. This light will strike down light to medium projectiles, and is capable of protecting against explosives by quickly shelling over the entire body. • Lasts two posts.
Rinnegan
•Maito Tennin C-S The user can crush an incoming projectile technique to absolute nothing, as long as it is your rank or lower. This has a 3 post cooldown and can only be used 3 times per battle.
•Yami Tensei C-S The user is able to alter the movement speed and trajectory of technique by shifting around the parameters of gravity within a specific space (i.e. in front of them, behind them). Depending upon the rank of chakra that's put into the technique, the user can alter the gravity of techniques of that rank and lower. An example of this would be altering the trajectory of a B-rank fireball projectile coming at you to push off to the side or crash into the ground. This also has a two post cool down after every use.
•Kageru Tensei C - SS The user can create a small black ball of gravity and place it anywhere on the battlefield. When a technique is thrown by the opponent, if it is of the user's rank and lower, it can be pulled into the black ball. Depending upon the rank, the strength of the pull can be small or humongous (C being small, like 5 feet around it, SS would be huge, like 20 feet around it.). The ball lasts for 4 posts and requires a 2 post cooldown before being used again.
•Maomuri Tensei Just Double The Amount Of Chakra Used For The Technique You Wish To Speed Up The user can increase the speed of any technique by lowering/increasing the gravity of it, making normally slow techniques into fast bullets that lower the reaction time of the opponent to mere seconds. This is only able to be used on projectiles and S-rank and higher techniques require a single post charge before firing. The only warning the opponent with receive from this enhancement is the body part used for the technique will glow an ominous purple.
•Shinra Tensei 20 chakra (A-rank), 50 for a massive scale (SS-rank) By aiming your hand forward, you will create a barrier that can block any and all attacks and will repel objects outwards. This can be used offensively and defensively, but is primarily defensive. It focuses on the aspect of repulsion and can be crafted into a larger scale than its regular potency, which is then capable of destroying an entire village. However, it can only be used once every 3 posts, and the larger scale will prevent you from using another Rinnegan technique for 5 posts. You cannot simply stop this technique by coating your feet with chakra.
• Bansho Tennin 20 Chakra (A-rank) The Bansho Tennin is a technique revolving around the idea of attraction. The Rinnegan wielder may aim their hand forward and will then proceed to pull the target towards them. This is a rather quick pull that almost no one can resist. However, it does leave you rather open. While using the Bansho Tennin, you may not move until your target is within a four foot vicinity from where you are standing. Against multiple targets, this can turn fatal, and so it's safest to use against an individual. The Bansho Tennin can only be used on one target at a time, and can only be used once every three posts. You cannot simply stop this technique by coating your feet with chakra.

Theme Song:[x] Nindo: "To craft the most beautiful of dances through bone and bloodshed" Background Info: Two clans collided to create the young Soyokaze, his mother the powerful and fearsome Mei Raetrai and his father the quiet and dedicated Ryota Kaguya together forming the son which carried both traits of the two clans. Ever since he was a child Soyokaze was avoided by all within the village, his Raetrai aura proving too frightening for the other children to want to be involved with him. Although the fact that his fellow villagers wanted nothing to do with him tore him apart inside the young boy managed to overcome this sadness by delving into training with his parents. The two were both chuunin within the village and had their fair share to show and teach him, he took something away from each lesson and was able to mold his own style of combat in a space between both Kaguya and Raetrai becoming something unique and dangerous. When he came of age to join the academy he did so gladly and continued with his solitary life, sitting in the back of the classroom, leaving during teamwork exercises to train on his own, mostly in order to not interfere with his fellow shinobi. He made no friends despite their common interest in becoming ninja, although he was partially to blame and as a whole being alone did not bother him. He quickly became a very dominant student within the physical training exercises and spars, although he lacked in the ninja tool area, missing most projectiles as his mother warned him he would. He also lacked heavily in ninjutsu, being a little below average at best when it came to some of the academy basic jutsu.
Soyokaze graduated with little issue, even being awarded for having a perfect record in all his spars, winning each one without a single loss on his rap sheet. Although his ascension into geninhood did little for his progression, he was unable to be placed in a squad due to the other members of his grade being too wary or scared of him, his tenacious and prominent Raetrai aura most likely to blame. Thanks to this the young shinobi spent most of his time in the fields training his taijutsu skills, mostly in the form of graceful and fluid dances he preformed, he would stay out for hours practicing until the sun fell and he went home to be with his family, the only sort of bond he carried with him in his life so far. However the winds were slowly changing, the Mizukage spoke of Soyokaze being paired with older shinobi in order for his aura to be less effective, or at the very least be tested so he may take on missions by himself for the time being.
Other Info Soyokaze enjoys solitude, whenever he finds himself surrounded by crowds he is slightly unfocused and irritated. The same could be said about training, he enjoys pouring much of his time into perfecting his art form, becoming unnerved when he's interrupted.

Strength: Mobility and raw power. His flexibility and graceful fighting is difficult to counter, his bodies natural strength gives him the upper hand in any hand-to-hand fight he might find himself in, his perception on the battlefield is also not to be underestimated. The mixture of Raetrai and Kaguya left to him through his mother and father gives him both the fluidity of the Shikotsumyaku and the fearsome presence of the Raetrai clan for all to behold. Weakness: Genjutsu and lack of elemental affinity. His ability to both perceive and react to a genjutsu is average at best, the Kaguya often falling prey to genjutsu where the Raetrai are more perceptive of the illusions, Soyokaze was caught somewhere in between the two. His lack of elemental chakra means his ninjutsu use is limited to that of non-elemental, he has no elements to call on in a pinch and his ninjutsu is lacking.

Ieyasu's family were of the Sarutobi clan. They had originally lived in Konohagakure, however in his childhood years the relationship with the main family became strained. The current head of the clan at the time had been an uncouth, essentially terrible, leader who expected the men of the clan to perform highly dangerous missions to spread the glory and renown of the Sarutobi clan. Ieyasu's father Kazuke was one of the unfortunate ninja who was forced to partake in this ritual of taking on missions that were beyond and above the scope of what a mission for average ninja entailed. It was due to this, that Ieyasu had what can only be described as a lack thereof a relationship with his father. And despite the pleading and rationale explanations his mother Saika provided, Ieyasu grew more and more distant from his father. His mother had spent the majority of his childhood keeping him happy and entertained, always diverting his attention from the vacancy that existed in their home with Kazuke gone. It was from his mother, who was often known as the Sarutobi Beauty, that he got all of his killer looks from.
By the time Ieyasu was entering that rather hormone-ridden passage from child to adulthood that was his teenage years, his father had returned a hero of the Sarutobi clan. The family unit survived the trial that they had been tested with. Kazuke refused rewards of great amounts of ryo or higher status in the village and clan. Instead, he took his wife and his son to Kirigakure, a neighboring village with average to decent relations with Konohagakure at the time. They established their own little niche in Kirigakure, where Kazuke worked to rebuild the broken relationship that he had with Ieyasu. It was in the time that he disciplined and honed Ieyasu into a strong man who inherited Konoha's will of fire. Ieyasu, pushed by his father, eventually joined Kiri's Academy and graduated among the highest in the class. It was in this time, that he noticed his unnatural affinity for the Katon and Futon elements. Obviously, as most denizens of Kiri had, he also possessed the Suiton element, although this appeared later than the first two elements.
After his graduation from Kiri's Academy, Kazuke had brought Ieyasu to a place in private and explained one of their family's secrets. They possessed a special kekkai genkai known as Shakuton. This was something obtained by rather unknown or mysterious means by Ieyasu's ancestors. This had explained Ieyasu's confusing elemental affinities. However, knowing of this secret power that was in his blood, something more sinister began to coarse through Ieyasu's veins. Vanity. Ieyasu started to notice that he was popular with the ladies, that he was quite talented, and that he was unique in terms of his special kekkai genkai. This evolved into a belief that he was mostly superior to those around him and would prove to become one of his greatest flaws. Despite his father's last minute attempts at shaking Ieyasu of his arrogance, Ieyasu simply fought back, claiming that Kazuke was just afraid of their family's power and that he was too weak to use it. Their relationship to this day remains heavily tenuous.

Daisuke was born just outside Iwagakure. His family was always harassed because he was born with extra mouths. His father, Hikako, had them too but didn't think it was genetic since his father before him didn't have them. Daisuke doesn't remember anything from those days, but thankfully his family left to go to Mizu no Kuni. More specifically into the heart of Mizu no Kuni. Eventually his father's talents were known by the local Shinobi. He refused to help since he had a family, but he moved to Kirigakure to help in other ways. Eventually when Daisuke was four his family and their new baby, his little sister, went on a vacation to visit distant relatives. He refused to go and threw a fit until they allowed him to stay with a neighbor. The house he lived in was inbetween high class and middle class. He loved running around that house, teasing his sitters. Weeks went by with no words of his parents. They should have arrived any day now.
He waited patiently for his parents to return. A week went by with no sign or letter. A year had passed before he finally heard anything. His parents had apparently been attacked by a group of rogue Iwa Shinobi in the Land of Fire. He was heartbroken when he learned this. The neighbor that had watched him took him in as her own. Unfortunately their conditions worsened as they slowly descended to Lower class. The house was nothing but a shack. Due to the conditions they were in the lady, Aino who had become a mother to him, developed a sickness she couldn't get over. He worked hard and did odd jobs to try and bring food to the "table". Eventually she passed, leaving him all alone. He had no one to turn to, he was truly all alone. He had no one to turn to and since he couldn't make the payments for the shack, he was forced to live on the streets. By this time he was eleven, working odd jobs just to be able to get enough money to feed himself daily. He was going to join the Academy, but he was afraid how people would react about his palms. He always had gloves on since he could remember. Years passed with him living on the streets. Eventually he caved and joined the Academy. He kept his hands hidden the whole time, slowly allowing himself to use finger-less gloves so no one thought anything of it. He wasn't all that great with the village jutsu's... In fact. He couldn't control any of the elements except earth. Which was pretty uncommon in a village dominated by water affinity.
He finally graduated from the Academy. He kept his head down despite the fact that he didn't fit in with the usual groups. The assassins, the taijutsu little masters, the genjutsu users, and the multiple ninjutsu users. He didn't fit in with any of them. He woke up the next day. His mind fresh and ready he headed off to meet his mentor to train him in the Genin ways and the more advance ways of Kiri Shinobi.

Henge No Jutsu (Transformation Technique) Description: A user of this skill will have the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can often be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distorted form of anything ( No such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge will be dispelled when the user would be touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert.
Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique) Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. This creates a confusion among the opponent(s) while creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Kawarimi is useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.
Kakuremino No Jutsu (Magic Cloak Of Invisibility Technique) Description: A very basic skill utilizing a sheet to help the user in blending with the background. This is actually only used by Academy students.
Nawanuke No Jutsu (Rope Untying Technique) Description: A basic skill that lets the user invest chakra into a rope or chain to undo it in the right way, so it loosens free for the user to escape. This will be to escape from a rope, chain, or any other similar binding. This can also be used for others and not just freeing themself from a rope binding.
Anrokku no Jutsu (Unlocking Technique) Description: A relatively easy-to-perform jutsu used mostly on stealth missions and when stealing. By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Kasumo was raised within the Hoshigaki Clan in Kiri. She was a somewhat normal child. As normal as you can get being half shark. She lived with her father due to her mother dying during child birth, she however was part of the Hyoton Bloodline which she pasted onto Kasumo. This mixture of blood left Kasumo looking less shark looking then her cousins. The girl appeared more human then any of them. This did leave some openings for them to tease her as kids did. Telling Kasumo she wasn't a true Hoshigaki and she would never be one of them. Kids can be so mean but to their surprise Kasumo turned out to be even more powerful then her cousins due to her mixed blood soon leaving them with little to no room to talk ill of her but it was that at this point she didn't even care that she was better then them. Shikotsumyaku • Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
• Ten Finger Drilling Bullets C-Rank Using the bloodline's unique Shikotsu Myaku (Corpse Bone Pathways) ability, the clan member will use their fingers to fire distal phalange bones as bullets. As the bones fly through the air, they will rotate and drill into their target once they make contact.
• Dance of the Camellia C-Rank It is the second of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will remove a long bone in the form of a sword from their shoulder. Because of the bloodline, the density of the bone can be increased many times so that it is as hard as steel. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then cut through any opponent within striking distance.
Crimson Scarabs
• The Mummy's Alive Free (No Gallons) Lobbed off limbs can be manipulated at will, the limb can be converted into crimson red material and used during battle. The limbs can be liquefied, solidified and altered in shape and form. If the limb is destroyed, then its destroyed. The limb can be reformed in three posts if no action (excluding movement and evasion) is performed in the three posts, heads don't count, you still die from that.
• Pharaoh Genin (5 Gallons) The user forms blades from their arms which can be manipulated in shape, size, and length at will. The blades can be liquefied and the form altered near instantaneously. Once the blades are broken, it has a 2 post cooldown before it can be used again.
• Ankh Genin (10 Gallons) The user medium-sized shield around themselves using the material on their arms. This shield can be turned into a projectile by throwing it as a projectile or releasing spikes from the surface upon physical contact with the opponent.
• Harot Genin (20 Gallons) The user creates a long and rather thick tail from their back which can be manipulated in shape, form, and length at will. This tail can be used to increase mobility, attack, defend, capture, and lunge. Once the tail is destroyed, it takes 3 posts of cooldown before it can be used again.
Chrome is a very bright young man. He strongly prefers strategy over brute force. His weapon suits him well, as his weapon is versatile, deadly, and precise, just as Chrome is. He actually really likes people despite his appearance, as it seems to intimidate and frighten most others. Chrome loves to talk to allies and form teams for missions, but even if he likes a person he isn’t blind to who they are as people, whether that be good or evil. Chrome will always think things through as he is not physically as strong as most others but is regarded as a tactical genius. He very well knows that most of his kind are evil and accepts that, he believes that everyone has their reasons for what they do and loves to help others achieve their goals. True neutrality is tough to find and yes he is more evil than good but Akroma shows neutrality in many ways. As long as he gets something out of it or likes you he will do what you need done. All in all I suppose Chrome is complicated, always thinking and planning, more evil than good, but he still will help the good guys if he sees the odds in his favor.

Akroma was born and raised in the Village of the Mist. This village mostly accepted the fact that he was indeed a Hoshigaki, especially since he hardly looked it. His Hyoton blood was strong, assuring he looked mostly normal. His shark features were just slits of gills on his neck and torso sides with the general sharp teeth. This assured that he was treated like just another Shinobi child by the village, but the true Hoshigaki were quick to scorn him for looking so human. He lived a rather simple life, school and training were normal with his father, who’s Hyoton teachings stuck with Akroma for life. He soon flourished as a tactical genius, often out thinking his father, and coming close to winning a few training sessions although he never did win as his father was a much more powerful ninja. He went through the academy with ease, gaining recognition from some and scorn from others. Being one of the most intelligent in the class assured he had many enemies, especially from the elder students. But Akroma was far from perfect, a few learned that brute force was the way to overcome Akroma’s intellect, and the bullies and especially the Hoshigaki bullies that learned of this did many things such as taking his weapon from him until he passed out and simply beating on him. At the end of the day though, Akroma shrugged most of this off and went on with his life. After they realized it did almost nothing to him the bullying stopped. He did not retain many friends from the academy, so he strives to meet others. Despite the fact that his Hoshigaki blood pushes him to seek power and do some bad things he tends to overcome most of his urges.

Michio--like many of his fellow shinobi of the mist--was at a very young age when the village was reconstructed after the attacks from Kleine and Lars. It was at that point in his life--around thirteen years of age--that Michio decided he would become a shinobi, and work to protect his village in the hopes that such a tragedy would never befall them again. During his year in the Academy, Michio's instructors discovered that the boy had an abnormally high amount of chakra, and his ability to wield it was equally frightening. Of course...that paled in comparison to his pet. Though the modern-day world knew not of this mythological beast, Michio's Quetalcoatl--named Itsuwari--put to shame most of the other creatures his fellow students could conjure up. Unlike other summons, this creature was his companion, and stayed with him in a miniature form more often than not. 1) Human Transformation: -- Itsuwari can transform into a human form for no chakra cost. Using this form enables him to focus his destructive power into a human body, removing his weakness to AoE attacks in his full form. When in human form, Itsuwari can use any technique in Michio's arsenal for 1.5x the regular cost. A secondary use of this ability is to condense himself to a form small enough to even fit into Michio's hand if need be. This way, traveling with his companion is much easier than usual for a creature his size.
2) Dust Breath: E - SS -- After inhaling deeply, Itsuwari will exhale a cloud of earthen dust from his lungs to the ground below. Enemies that breathe in this dust will find it starting to attach to the sides of their bronchial tubes, esophagus, inner lungs, etc. If enough of this dust is accumulated (three posts of breathing it in), it will start for form a layer inside of their lungs, requiring medical attention from a medical ninja of at least chuunin skill. If the opponent remains within the cloud for five posts, the dust will form a solid layer around the inside of their lungs, preventing the expansion and contraction required to take in air; without immediate medical care from at least a Jounin-rank medic, the opponent will die of suffocation.
3) Razor Wind: E - SS -- With a mighty flap of his wings, Itsuwari unleashes a hurricane-power blast of wind at his enemies. This wind possesses both blunt and slicing force, with the higher ranks of the skill putting shame to even the highest-ranking wind release jutsu. A-rank and above, this skill alone is capable of clearing entire stretches of forest with no difficulty at all...at SS-rank, this jutsu becomes a catastrophe.
4) Energy Cannon: S - SS -- Like most users of natural energy, Itsuwari possesses an attack that unleashes raw chakra. After gathering a tremendous amount of chakra near his mouth, Itsuwari will release it in one of three forms; multiple, smaller spheres of exploding energy, an explosive beam of varying concentration (thinner is better at slicing, thicker at aoe, etc), or a single, extremely powerful sphere of chakra, one of the few attacks in the guild comparable to a tailed beast's Bijuudama. The combined force of any of these variants--at SS-rank--is capable of leveling a large portion of a village.
5) Tail Smash - A - SS -- After coating his tail with chakra, Itsuwari will bring his tail down upon the ground with the force to send down a debilitating shockwave, leveling forests and stone in its wake. Any opponent unfortunate enough to get caught under their tail will be...dead. Unless they're some kind of megatitan cyber robot mechahitler, but that's their only chance.

When the wolf-masked man came down south, we knew that our Gods could not save us. Not the Gods of the spirit. We needed a God of the flesh, much as he had his - the Enemy, the demonic beast that controlled his every move and calculated past us all; a living entity of immortal mastery, a slavedriver that sought to exploit us not for economy or production but for screams. And we knew screams. We knew how to suppress them, how to make them thunder. There were pleasured screams and pained ones.
The men of my tribe knew how to be broken. How to act it. They knew that when it decided that they were broken, it would set them free of their pain; release their tether to the planet. So - they screamed squeaks, eerily, loud, obnoxious, broken, weakened, winnowed; they funneled their last bit of deceit into their dying wails, and so they were let off with only half the torture that the average man faced.
I cannot nearly begin to explain to you how terrible that experience was. I watched as my father was flayed alive by the cutting blade of the Demon Lord, his eyes eerily glancing at me as a smirk grew on his lips. Somehow, I knew he wouldn't kill me. I wasn't afraid so much as I was mortified. And, I guess in one way I was afraid - it's tiring to think about where you'll go once your pillar of support has gone. In truth the Samara have a thousand fathers that will all guide and protect them when it is right, but I did not know them as I did him, and they felt no true love for me outside of the simple connection that made us a Tribe.
When it was over, my brother - Oda - fled with me and the tribe, as we went north and northeast by sea. We arrived at the southernmost island of the Ryukyu Dynasty, making money and bedding young women and men in order to further our Tribe. But like with Nomads, we had to migrate. Migrate. Island to island. It was more difficult than going by Land - but we had no choice. Shinsei had too much influence over the Huan-Pei and the Guron, the two nations kneeling at his feet for the purpose of keeping themselves out of the line of fire. There was no safety for men from the Barbary Lands. We had to find the village of Mist and we had to live in harmony with the country.
Eventually, our Tribe almost disassembled. We've regained our ways, and we've formed a sub-community within the village, with a Clan Compound to boot . . . but, since we were all expected to put our genjutsu talents into the village's roster, we've been forced to abandon our Nomadic lifestyle. I was placed into the military, and others were made into spies and other such elites. Yes - this is the background to the greatest song the world will ever hear; the story of how the Barbary People . . . the most saddened and tarnished of all . . . will return one day to rule the East, all in the hands of a one Hutar Hakam.

Name of weapon: Gim Seng Description: This can substitute for a sight or physical touch trigger. How it does this is by emanating a field around it by successive swings during a battle. This "weapon" is more of an accessory; a necklace. It will shift like a pendulum every single post, increasing the range of its "touch field" by two feet each post.
This touch field can be focused and aimed at a target - it appears as if an ominous black-purple flame, though it is mostly transparent. It if it touches an opponent, as stated, it can substitute an eye contact or touch contact trigger. This field can be deactivated and reactivated whenever you want. It will pick up on size regardless as to whether or not it's activated.
As a final ability, chakra can be channeled into it to cast a bloodline technique.

Oda acts in an apathetic matter, he always seems serene and indifferent towards other people, even while actually disliking or even hating someone. He is also notably calm, even in battle. He generally acts indifferent to most situations that he is faced with as shown from how easily he is able to come up with plans of action during combat. Oda is a calculating, cunning, and incredibly intelligent young man. He is able to carefully look past his feelings towards a person or situation and see the real issues at hand. In battle, while his preference is to concoct strategies based on how his opponents move and act, his natural battle instincts are also highly tuned; a direct result of how he was raised by his father, constantly sparring and fighting with the man and his many friends. He is capable of slashing another person's head off in just an instant, relying only on the instincts gained from his life. However, his care for his friends and the love he holds towards his deceased family drive him to become even stronger; heading towards his goal to be the strongest Shinobi alive. In the face of adversity, Oda has the strange ability to shun all emotions and take on a blank mind, thinking seven or eight steps ahead of his enemy in order to allow him ample time to react accordingly. Coupled with his overwhelming intelligence and skill, his ability to remove all emotion from his mind and persona is one of his greatest assets, allowing him to calmly deal with any enemy or situation. Despite his physical appearance, Oda has very high durability, shown in his ability to shrug off harmful things like burns and cuts with ease.
Oda won’t interrupt arguments or fights unless he feels the need to get personally involved in it; having been raised to always let a person deal with a situation on their own, using their own strength. One of the only things that will make him lose his composure is when a man refuses to use his own strength to settle a situation, relying on others who are weaker than them to deal with it. This always upsets the black-haired boy, who believed strength ruled everything, including others. Though he holds this opinion, he would never subjugate other human beings to serve him, feeling it would be of no use considering he is able to take care of himself just fine. Alongside this he believes that despite strength should decide things, he also believed that those who wish to take no part in combat or situations have to make that decision themselves.
Oda uses a vast Intellectual approach to battle. something that coupled with his physical strength made him quite a foe on the battlefield. Oda has been molded into a master strategist, tactician, and analyst for his young age by his father, having believed that despite being physically strong, one should also be mentally strong during combat. He is frequently the first person to point out or find a weakness in his opponent's abilities or fighting style and exploit them to his advantage. The weakness of this is that in his attempt to understand and come up with a way to defeat his opponent, he tends to find his opponents below him, simply because they showed a lack of intelligence in comparison to himself.
