Jesse had spend the night in her human form - She'd felt a lot warmer for some reason, but didn't pause to wonder why. Instead, as she awoke, she sat up, stretching with a yawn before casting a glance up towards the shelves above. She had purchased a book from Fidel the day before - book three of her small collection - it was so very hard just to stick to one chapter that night, but somehow she managed.
Being a free day, Jesse would have quite happily stayed in bed, but she wasn't the type to just spend the day lying around and slipped from her covers, dressing in her day clothes before making her way to the door, at least, that was where she had intended to go before suddenly remembering the gift she'd collected from Leo the day before.
Spinning around, she scampered for her bed, picking up the neatly wrapped coat before making her way over to Taenya's bed - She knew the female would be asleep and so quietly set the garment down just shy of her pillow, hoping it would be in view when she awoke.
As soon as she was content that Taenya would discover her gift when she awoke, Jesse grabbed her gear and headed for the door, maintaining her Human Form until she was outside the room before taking on her Shifter Form and started off down the corridor - She fancied eating out for breakfast that morning and there was only one place on her mind that made Fantastic Delicacies great for a morning meal.

Jesse Randall ~ Jesse's Dorm Room ~
Ven seemed certain that Tay was alright, so being the more respected Father Figure, Jesse tried her hardest to believe him. There was still no saying anything had actually happened...But Jesse would always worry about those close to her...
Reaching the door to her Dorm Room she exhaled a sigh and turned the handle, making her way inside and closing the door before setting her gear down and crossing the room to one of the drawers where she stashed the off cuts of the crafting supplies she had collected.
Taking out the tiny coat, or rather, parts of it, the Fennec Child took a seat on the edge of her bed, gathering around the tools she would need before getting to work.
Of course, having only taken the idea from the wonderful dresses and clothings that Leo could create in her store, Jesse's skill was far from perfect, but her Father had made sure to keep her mother's teachings strong and reminded her that items made personally were made with love and thoughts for the receiver.
Remaining in her human form, Jesse would allow her tail to dangle off the edge of her bed as she set to stitching all the little pieces together, holding it up occasionally before setting the little cloak aside whilst she crossed the room to stoke the fire. It never felt as warm when she did it and the thoughts of Taenya left her feeling a little sad, but she soon returned to her crafts and gradually brought the little coat to its final stages.
There was always the thought to perhaps stitch some pretty designs into the cloth, but as her skill was as of yet far from perfected, the Fennec Child decided against that plan and instead kept it simple - and more importantly Warm.
As it had been some time since she'd seen the little Fae and of course not forgetting she was out of class a little earlier than everyone else, Jesse would decide to pass the time by also making a little box to house it in. This of course wasn't as tricky, as she had been making such things throughout her life in order to house the seeds and saplings that her Father used to cultivate the plants in the Desert area.
