(Stone Cold Steve Austin) vs Good Question

The kick connected to GQ, softening his grip on the Bionic Redneck, as he was able to shove the big hands off of him, followed by a right hand to the head!

What?

Followed by the second punch!

WHAT?

The third punch connected...

WHAT?

And GQ had his back into the corner, beginning to slump down with how much of a beating he was taking!

The roof was blown off the building in St. Louis tonight, as the fans lost their minds with Stone Cold getting in his blows and fighting off Good Question. The hulking green man was forced into the corner and began to slump in -- and there was only one place left for him to go. Stone Cold begin reaming Good Question with kicks to his gut, trying to set him down to the mat with those stomps and put a nice big MUDHOLE right in his midsection that would need to be walked dry! The ref got in between them and tried to stop Austin, but all he got for his trouble was being flipped off as Austin looked to drive a few more stomps into GQ!

The kicks landed as the crowd attempted to yell out "WHAT?" in timing of the kicks, and GQ dropped to a sitting position with each kick, finally Austin would start slowing down and time the kicks...

Sending one kick

WHAT?

Landing a second kick

WHAT?

Landing a third kick...

WHAT?

Finally starting to speed up more and more...

WHAT? WHAT? WHAT?

Until finally the crowd let out a "YEAHHHHHH!" as Austin laid in the stomps. Suddenly he stopped, flipping off the ref, again the crowd letting out a "YEAHHHH!" as Austin returned to laying in more stomps to the sternum of GQ! The air driven out of him more and more!

The stomps had completely lit up Good Question to a disasterous degree, and as he lay flat out out on the mat, Austin leaned down with hands on the middle ropes and let Good Question really have it: "You got my boots dirty you sad son of a b***h! You think ol' Stone Cold is just gonna let you get away with that you big b*****d? EH EH!" Stone Cold stomped down on GQ one more time and then took a few steps back, throwing out his arms and motioning for the bigger man to get up -- he was signalling for the Stunner once more! The production truck hit yet another dramatic angle from far away giving the full picture to those at home of the exploding crowd and Austin in center ring looking to put Good Question down for good!

Good Question finally had no more stomps driven into him! He laid there momentarily before a big cough made him roll to his stomach, leaning his head and chest on the bottom rope to keep his full body off the mat while he recovered.

He pulled himself up to his feet using the ropes, leaning entirely on them. He shoved off the ropes and stumbled back, before turning around and eating a boot to the gut!

GQ's head tilted forward slightly, as Stone Cold wrapped his arms around the head and neck of him, and drove him down across his shoulder as GQ dropped to his knees! The crowd exploded at the move hitting as they witnessed the 6'9 400 pounder bounce off of his back, into a full handstand as GQ hit the ropes via his legs and bounced off of them onto his back, arms and legs spread apart!

GQ's head and arms shot forward once before completely settling down flat onto the mat!

Stone Cold had measured everything perfectly and, without missing a beat, clocked GQ in the stomach with a kick as he finally got up and before anyone knew it -- STONE COLD STUNNER! Good Question sold it insanely, his body flopping right down to the mat with a wild sequence of a handstand right into the flatback springboard style! Stone Cold had flipped himself real quickly onto his knees and pushed back up to watch this unfold with a blank stare, uttering the most sincere "WHAT?" of the match so far, and as Good Question finally had his last little pop off the mat, Stone Cold got down next to him and started to talk major s**t right into his ears! "You're gonna break your neck you big son of a b***h, you're never gonna step up to ol Stone Cold like that again, or else you're gonna be right back down there again, you sorry sack of crap!" When Austin finally felt he had sufficiently read the riot act to GQ, he leaned over and hooked his leg, looking to end the match!

GQ didn't move an inch as the Toughest S.O.B in the DHW talked as much trash as possible, adding the last bit of stink on it before hooking the leg! The referee counting as the fans counted along!


ONE!...
TWOOOO!....
THREEEEE!

GQ never moved an inch as the ref counted, out cold from the beatdown he got!

"HERE IS YOUR WINNER...STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN!"

As the glass shattered, the cheering for the crowd picked up to drown out the music. Stone Cold got up while flipping off GQ a few more times for good measure, and then had his arm held up by the ref giving the fans one more good shot of the Texas Rattlesnake here in the opener of this week's Inferno. Stone Cold would rip his arm away from the ref and walk to a corner, throwing up his arms and flipping off the world for one more pop. Oh, who are we kidding? He started calling for some beer from the timekeeper, and they came flying in perfectly. Stone Cold caught them and cracked them open, slamming them together and downing them with another middle finger to the crowd! He tossed the beers away, and climbed down, making his way to another corner only to ask for two more! He did the same thing, and would repeat it one more time on a third turnbuckle. However, he realized when he was setting up to do it a fourth time that Good Question was starting to come to once again. This caused Stone Cold to pause and look over at him, a look of regret sweeping over his facials. He shook his head slightly and walked over to the larger man, offering him a hand...and a beer.

GQ started pushing himself up when he saw the hand from Austin, and GQ took it and got stood up to his feet, leaning back into the ropes and bouncing off of them to stumble forward and gets met with a can of beer at his chest. Looking down GQ was confused, this man not too long ago was just s**t talking him and beating his a**...now he wants to drink with him?

Question looked around at the crowd who were all screaming their approval, and GQ took the beer and backed away for a second to open it up...

Stone Cold was nodding to GQ, trying to get him to feel comfortable. "You earned it kid, you earned it, you big b*****d. You took me to the limit, have a beer with ol Stone Cold." Austin leaned down and picked his beer up and cracked it open, it overflowing over his hand and forming a pool on the mat. He held it up and expected Good Question to take a step forward and give him a cheers so they could enjoy the cold beverage together.

If he would, Stone Cold would let them both share a sip before attempting to kick him in the gut again and hit him with yet another STONE COLD STUNNER!

Good Question couldn't believe it, the living legend himself was giving the big man compliments...something that he didn't expect at all that night. The big man nodded and raised the beer up, slamming into Austin's beer as some of the containments sprayed all over the place. GQ took a gigantic swig, leaning back...

And was kicked right into the gut, catching him completely offguard, leaning him forward as Austin again drove him into his shoulder, this time GQ dropping to one knee, and standing back up as he spat the beer straight up like a fountain, before falling flat on his back! Him and the ring surrounding him soaked in beer!

Stone Cold got up and immediately flipped off Good Question some more as his music hit again and the crowd was brought back to life again just to explode with cheers for the umpteenth time to open the show! Stone Cold called for another couple beers, cracking them open and slamming them together just to pour some of them all over the downed Good Question's face. He got a few more and climbed up to that fourth turnbuckle from earlier and completed his gimmick with a final beer bash in the corner before hopping down and out of the ring, making his way up to the ramp very similar to how he had arrived earlier -- stopping to face the DHW faithful once again and flip them all off to a final set of cheers. The question now...would they have anything left for the rest of the show? That had yet to be seen.
