I like so many opening songs, including those from "Slayers", "Slayers Next", "Bleach", "Black Cat", "A Little Snow Fairy Sugar", "Air", "Kanon", "Lucky Star", "Shugo Chara!", ... the list goes on.

The openings from Slayers that I've seen are all great. As well as Air Gear's and Tenjou Tenge's. Bomb A Head! V by m.c. A.T. (Tenjou Tenge) Give A Reason by Megumi Hayashibara (Slayers NEXT) Chain by Back-On (Air Gear)

the opening for Trigun and Witch Hunter Robin are amazing!
the funniest opening was R. Kenshin's. It starts off crouching with his sword with bad guys all around and this really cool hard rock riff then all the suddenly this this goofy 80's sounding pop song which is the real opening song. Let's put it this way. The opening song's name is Freckles. If you haven't seen itI highly recommend it at least once.
