Yeah, I agree. Fillers are annoying, but the funny ones (like the one about "What's underneath Kakashi's mask?") were pretty awesome.
I love the anime a little more just because it's animated. xd heart

It depends wich series It is for.Hellsing i think is a better anime than a manga.The trigun series i think is better as a manga

but have yet to pick up a manga sooo...dunno heheh...
is the naruto manga THAT different?

Both are good, (most of he time), but manga is better than anime.
Even if you dont get to hear their voices and see the characters in color and all, the manga usually has a little more adult humor and is never censored.
And no, Tsuki, the Naruto manga isn't really that much different.
The anime is just...well let me put it to you this way:
Anime Naruto in English = crap
Anime Naruto in Japanese = Sugoi!
Sugoi = Awesome
