I watch and I grow,
I listen, learn, and I know
But yet more to go

Frozen it falls down
Passion in each stroke of wind
Held in warm hands; Dies

Walking through the woods
Dappled in summer sunlight
Euphoric and free

Silent screams of pain
The sky will soon cry for me
It will never end.

The clear blue sky
Compares not with your soul's glow
And radiant smile

In the dark it sleeps
With bright angel wings it sings
Silently departs

Cat at my feet
Dog sleeping against my hip
Lazy Saturday

Deeply swollen eyes
Forgetting hours of sleep
Tipical weekend.

Beautiful blue sky
Soft breezes blowing; I'll be
Going camping to see stars!

Beer bottles clinging against
As the night is young

Crack'ling campfire's glow
Marshmallows toasted golden
Good friends and good times

Lazy in bed, rest
For the next day full of love
For my one true love.

Romantics dream; life,
And what could be. Cynics
Of what could have been

As whispers haunt me
The image of him tortures
My heart as it sleeps.

"Could-have-beens" don't help;
Dwelling in the past keeps one
From living today
