And now she wants the 20k given to her in exchange for the piece of crap.

Well, to buy a guild you have to spend 20k. Then, each subforum is 2.5k.
The thing is though, she overpriced the items she sold for it and begged for donations to make it, and now she's not going to give the gold back.

So, her username is ~Hannigan2~. And she was banned for good reason. And I'd say she's all of the above. I think Shram was the one to ban her, actually.
