"Sounds fun. Pick me up?" Monica said with a giggle. She was sure he knew that she stayed in the office reading on recent data before she went home. This sometimes took a long time though.

Damien made sure his uniform was straight and that he was presentable. He had his notes, but he probably wouldn't need them. He then made the others aware that he was ready to contact the overseas officials.

Jian gave her a wink as she left the room. When he was certain she was gone, she called a restaurant to get reservations and got back to work. There was still much to do, and he had to catch up.
