Well then, hand them the pen or whatever they use to write with. I gave them the treaty.

Good, now let's go over a few things in order for them to be clear. First off... *nods to officer beside me who pulls out a list of hundreds of names and hands them to Zelda*
These are the names of those whom we know have fled into this kingdom from the Empire. They're probably seeking asylum. They are to be rounded up and deported back to the Empire immediately. Every single one.

*Distracts Jax on her walk to the book lady.* Why young girl, young girl! Wouldn't it be nice to bring the book lady some flowers? She loves the wild flowers that are just off the trail.

Young girl! Young girl! I know the book lady is absolutely dying without the herb of immortality, but you can pick it up while taking the short cut to her location. *Points at the long cut.*

Probably to avoid being arrested and sent to our prison camps. Most of them are political dissidents or those who have fallen out of favor with the government. They're families are on the lists as well for those who came over.

Guess I'll have to do this the tiring way. *Begins running to the book lady as fast as I can, which thanks to the labs at G-corp is 5miles/second.*

Hmm, I believe I've heard that some of them are already being held within the Arbiter's Grounds. It's an old prison in the Gerudo Desert used to keep Hyrule's worst criminals. It's still in use as long as there are Gerudo guards at their posts. I'm not so sure of the others.

Well you'll have to investigate. Oh, this also leads me to the second thing. We're going to place secret spies in your kingdom to keep track on anyone who may be hiding out here who is trying to rise people up to take on the Empire. I'm sure there are those who have fled here who are not on the list for they were not discovered to have been missing. You will be given the profiles on the secret spies but the common public must never find out. You may also use these spies on anyone you believe may be trying to overthrow your kingdom.
