When Worlds Collide (O/A)

Kami turned in time to see him stop from striking at her. "Well it's a good thing you stopped when you did." She chuckled lightly as she looked at Bo who was about to chomp off Ace's head. Bo walked around them and sat off to the side to try and relax.

"Well, we're done with that guy." Dante said, pointing to Fancy Man on the ground, having been thoroughly f*cked up by Dante and Henteko. "What'd I miss?" Dante asked, straightening his sleeves.

Ace takes a seat in the sand and smiles "Well I am glad to see you are safe, so what now guys?"

"I vote we get the hell out of here and find a way back home." Zane said simply.  

[Ace_Price]

"Sounds good to me." Ace says as he yawns and wipes his forehead "So is it just me or is really hot out here?"

"It's probably just you." Zane said simply.

"I agree, lets find our way back," Kami said rubbing her neck that was now bruised due to the stupid collar that was placed on her. She was still rather pissed that they put that thing on her. She was no domestic animal...

"Sounds good to me." Dante said with a shrug as he began walking back to the house.

Yay... Now we have to go back and yet we have still yet to learn why we are here in the first place."

"Well what Zane and I think it is is that someone or something is creating an instability in the fabric of space-time, and that person or thing is what is keeping us here." Henteko explained cheerily.  

[Ace_Price]

"Yes, he or she or it chose us as we are the most amazing fighters in the universe."

"The question is really why," Kami said as she continued to walk with them. They were back in the desert and she had almost forgot that they were on some odd planet.

"I honestly have no idea, but I do have an idea of where we'd find this person or thing, but it requires digging." Dante said and paused, letting it all sink in. "You see, before you guys came along, I had felt a surge of power from underground, it felt kind of faint, meaning it must be a long way down, making it virtually inaccessible, not anymore." Dante said and looked at Zane.

"And I'll bet you want me to make a giant hole to the center of the planet right?" Zane asked, wondering why Dante had not mentioned this before.

"Aren't planets, especially if this is really Earth, really really really really hot in the middle?" Ace asks thinking of how quick his ice magic would melt.  

[omgIisonfiyah]

"It all depends on how far down we go. And even if it's the core of this world, I'll survive, I don't know about the rest of you." Zane explained simply.

"Don't worry, if this world is as desolate as I think it is, there shouldn't be a problem. If there is, Zane will have to continue on alone or with anyone else would be able to withstand the intense heat and pressure of a planetary core." Dante said cheerily.
