On the heels of near catastrophe before, Yudueth surged forward, clearly doing better after the healers had taken care of him, and scorched a pair of clumps headed towards another wingmate. With his actions and quick warning the pair were able to turn and catch one themselves.

Quite a few of the green and blue dragons in his wing were zipping through clumps, burning them quickly while avoiding any true damage, Yudueth on the other hand wasn't quite so lucky despite his small size for a bronze. Some thread was singing at him in places, requiring him to hop between to get rid of it, but for the most part he was doing a fairly good job of keeping the larger clumps at bay.

With a twist, the bronze managed to fall from his position and avoid an incredibly large clump of thread that had broken through. One that if it had hit him would certainly of done more damage than his smaller body could handle. The tail end of it was scorched, but he couldn't catch the entire clump despite his maneuver.

A clump, random and errant somehow, blew from beneath his very body all of a sudden, a clump of thread searing into his tail and lightly eating at his hide as the big brown made a move to hop between. His rumble of irritation was loud.

One red eye caught sight of a clump of thread headed in his direction, but with the pain in his mouth there was no searing it down, so Jibasth simply made the leap and re-appeared above it. Though he hated to send it down below, if he'd tried to flame it, that would have ended badly.
