The items are too mismatched. In my opinion, I would lose the hat, and probably the shoes and gloves.

I think it looks ok, but I don't completely like it myself. I find the hair and clouds don't go well with the outfit. The stuff is nice, I just don't think it works, hair is too bright compared to pure dark outfit.

The outfit needs work. I like how you incorporated the Sayoran items. My suggestion to you is to get rid of the starter items; they caught my attention the most.
