lasted all! As you jump Between to avoid a clump of Thread, the winds change, and when you appear from the icey depths, it's right into a major sheet of Thread! Heavy Damage: -8 HP! They also now suffer a Painful status for the next 3 turns. This will negate any XP gained, and cause double damage if the prompt includes damage (or has you roll for damage).

Ah, but life wasn't so kind as all that. Another jump Between to avoid a nasty tangle, and by the time the pair re-appeared they had jumped right into it! Macuith gave a small bugle of surprise and pain. C'lusi frantically tried to visualize a new position, but it was harder to see. By the time he found one, Macuith was far more ichored than he would have liked.
Do we need to go back? You okay?
Though hurting, the blue gave a small croon to His. Quite all right. A little more tender than I would have liked but... I shall persevere. It was hard to see the exact damage, but C'lusi knew that Macuith's side--already tender from a lost forelimb--was oozing.

Day 6 Roll 1:-4 HP
Ngawanth usually was very good with fighting back against the winds despite being right around the middling size for a green. Today however was not all that great, she was fighting her best against them but the winds were stronger than even normal, whipping up harder the further they went inland. Without warning she was tossed into a clump of thread and the green screamed for just a moment and flew Between.

Day 6 Roll 1:-4 HP Roll 2:+2 Stamina
When she popped back out of between the green pushed back against the winds with all her strength, growling from the effort and strain but she didn't waver for the time being. V'gar did his best to focus on everything else that needed focusing on as she fought and flamed.

From the strain of fighting back her wings wrenched not quite violently but just enough to leave her groaning as she flew. Unable to reach back to rub at the base of her wings, V'gar rubbed their hands down her neck gently and reminded her that she was strong and could do it.

There were flames all through the sky and Ngawanth, finally leveled out in an area that wasn't too aggressive wind wise, added hers to it. What she wasn't ready for was the ash cloud that whisked back into her and stung all over.

Her wings seemed to cramp for just a moment as she fought against the strong winds and Ngawanth wavered briefly before flapping once again. There was a dull ache that would hurt even more tomorrow but for now she could handle a little bit of pain if it meant they survived.

As you're flying, the wind picks up again, trying to knock you out of formation!
If less than 22 feet, you get blown out of formation, but are agile enough to avoid getting hit with Thread. Hurry now -- better make it back before your Wingleader scolds you!
The high winds crept up on Misuth once more. The heavy gales buffeting Sh'vel making him shiver with the twilight cold. He pressed his forehead to her. Come little girl, we got to get back in formation. It's alright, keep your head. She gave a little nod, zipping quickly back into place. She may be small - but she knew how to maneuver!

Your dragon is blown completely out of formation, and is too tired to stop it. Fellow wingriders notice, and trumpet warning, but your dragon is just too tired to care. The wind is too much! Moderate Damage -5HP Your dragon also now suffers Fatigue Effect For the next 3 rolled turns your dragon will suffer from Fatigue Effect. Any XP earned during those turns is negated. On the plus side, any negative status effect (i.e. additional Fatigue Effect, Guilt, Bitten Tongue, etc.) is also negated, since your dragon is too tired to care. The only exception is if you get a status that cures Fatigue or your Wingleader/Wingsecond rolls a status cancelling roll.)
The massive brown can’t be bothered to make more than a soft groan as the wind blows him away once more. Wa’ren holds on tight, mentally grasping at his dragon to hold and support him -- they would be done soon enough. But he can feel it in Caironairth’s mind, in every breath his dragon took, in every beat of his wings; he was exhausted.
Ouch! You had successfully flamed Thread but the gust push the ash back into you as you fly! The hot ash cloud burns as you fly through it, but you're made of tougher stuff than that! The focus is Thread, not pain! [+2 Pain Resilience]
With a bit of flourish, Misuth finished off a large sheet of thread. Take that! She narrowed her eyes against the ash that turned back on the wind, pawing it away. It'd hurt - but atleast it didn't break the skin.

A large swath of Thread heads your way!
2. If you're a green or blue under 30', you're able to successfully twist out of the way, flaming on the way down! You roar in triumph as you turn part of the sheet into harmless ash. +1 Agility If you're a blue 30' or larger, a brown, or a bronze, you're not able to get out harm's way and take a direct hit! Moderate Damage: -7 HP
The strike against his flank is a hard snap, drawing another pained groan from the brown -- in the dark, it was so impossible to see, and the next clump skids down his flank once more. Wa’ren winced, urging his dragon between after checking his coordinates, to make certain that they were correct before a quick trip between to rid any possible lingering spores. It hurt Caironairth, sure, but he was just too tired to care.
The wind is strong and trying hard to buffet you. If brown or bronze you see one of your wingmates struggling against the wind. They're getting blown out of their empty airspace, and dangerously close to a patch of Thread! You are able to twist and accurately flame down the clump they were going to fly into, saving them from Threadscore! Quote a Wingmate that took Threadfall Damage and nullify it! You saved them from the pain! +1 Flame Length
If a green or blue you find yourself struggling against the wind. The wind is powerful this high up, and you have to struggle to keep in your airspace. Unfortunately, a strong gust blows through, and you find yourself blown right into a clump of Thread! Moderate Damage -4 HP
The fall had been nothing but a struggle against wind, direction, and buffets. Misuth could scarcely find her footing. Her wings fouled in the wind, pushing her right into a large clump of thread. It buffeted her back, catching Sh'vel in it's cross fire. She blinked between with an audible gasp, destroying the miserable, painful silver bastards with the chill. They'd have to take a trip to the healer at this rate...
