Sanzoskitsune well to be honest, I feel like I made the right decision. I think he deserved to be banned. I've just been having the feeling that what may seem right to me isn't right to everyone else... or the guild in general... well then, explain why you felt it was the right decision. (personally, I think he was asking for it...as I said earlier (or at least, I had writen and then erased) I don't think any of the other mods are really gonna reem you for that one ^^; )

Undakai, I have personally had enough of his constantly pissing people off and being a jack a**. He has no respect for the mods and he has no respect for others in this guild. Not only that but all he gets is warning for his actions, there are no repercussions. I think it was about time he got shown that there are consequences to your actions and the things you do.

*sigh* I know I probably shouldn't let this bother me so much but its REALLY hard to stick to something you really believe when everyone's against you... or at least when it seems that way

An effective leader (which is what a mod is) know's when and where to draw the line, and is resolute in their decisions. You have your reasons, don't worry about what someone else thinks, they aren't in your position. Do your job to the best of your ability and don't look back 3nodding That way, even if they remove you, you can say you did what you felt was right, and you don't regret it 3nodding
