shaking hands = a lot of caffine intake..do you like stuff with caffine? (note, energy drinks have about 3x as much caffine as a cup of coffee)

(note, energy drinks have about 3x as much caffine as a cup of coffee) No I dont even drink coffe or those energy drinks exept for Gatorades, Propel I drink a bottle of those for breackfast each morning they are my breackfast. I believe that problem start when i start going to track and field

those do have a teeeeeeeeeeeeeeensy bit of caffine if I'm not mistaken, either that, or it's your lack of nutrition in the mornings but that's just my two cents, take it with a grain of salt.

Me lack of nutritions mornings no way I almost always my breackfast is a sandwich and gatorade or propel. If I cannot eat it in the house ill eat it at school but no look at me I lack no nutrition Im not skiny its the evil of track and field and weight lifting I must swee the gym or whatever the word is
