Like, full, from the ground to your knees back to the ground? Or do you mean crunches?

I mean military-style sit-ups.
Do 'em like I do. Go all the way up, but don't let your shoulder blades touch the ground, it really hurts because you have to keep yourself up.

I do exercise but i eat a lot so in the end it dosent really work well it does it cures my sleeping problems but lol I dont have the body I want

Oh. That explains a lot.

I used to do upwards of 700 crunches a day, for... oh, a month or so, but then I got too busy to do that during the day.
