Well, I have tried that, but I dislike the strain it puts on my neck.

Only place I ever feel those is my abs.

Maybe I've just got poor form when exercising.

I do like, 75 a day. That lighting doesn't do good enough with showing off the muscle tone.

the sit ups are evil i done and the max i do is 100 htey are so evil becuase it hurts walking emo

Oh. That explains a lot.

I used to do upwards of 700 crunches a day, for... oh, a month or so, but then I got too busy to do that during the day.

I envy you I could never imagine myself do that the longest i done were 300 continusly but i dont remember doing them later like a week or soemthing like that

I do 100 crunches now because the coach of track and field puts me to do them if not I dont imagine my self doing them
