That lighting doesn't do good enough with showing off the muscle tone. buuu to little do like I do no like 500 a day in a month thats really good I heard I do like 100 per day im bad i quit easily I get boring of doing them you dont? Sit-ups.
Like, full, from the ground to your knees back to the ground? Or do you mean crunches?
I mean military-style sit-ups. Crunches the sit ups are evil i done and the max i do is 100 htey are so evil becuase it hurts walking emo Oh. That explains a lot.
I used to do upwards of 700 crunches a day, for... oh, a month or so, but then I got too busy to do that during the day. I envy you I could never imagine myself do that the longest i done were 300 continusly but i dont remember doing them later like a week or soemthing like that
