Hmm.....Health insurance, no. We don't really have an absence policy, though we are required to meet a general quota (general, not specific...). In other words, you can be gone for ages, but that means you have to compensate for the losses upon return. There is no discrimination concerning age or gender, only ranking. Ranking is determined by vigor more than anything, but that's aboot it. biggrin
Oh! And we have a dental plan. 3nodding

It all depends. Some people get specific jobs (my quota includes soul collection and weekly comics). All henchmen are given the job of collecting souls, though. Live ones, mind you.
So, if you sign up, you'll be asked to regularly collect souls. As many as possible, no specifics. If you don't try, you phail. As long as you work, all is well.
