Yeah... I don't know... but I've avoided that thread since it became quite argument-like. I don't really have anything to contribute either - although I just assumed people were accustomed to Sav's... er... unique disposition.

I actually wasn't going to post in the thread until I saw Tsuji say I banned Sav purely out of spite, that got to me but right now... I don't care actually go read how I reacted to it

Sanzoskitsune yes Lin people are stupid yay email from Silver xd ...you've been lurking haven't you Undakai xd yeah I'm gonna do my responsibilities and do what i need to but as for banning, I'll make suggestions to the other mods and bring it to their attention but I just don't want to go through this again Personally, I think that is something the mods should do in that little sub-section they have... If you have a problem with someone/feel their actions have been outragiously inapropriate and ban worthy, bring it up there, and come up with a decision. A vote would probably work the best, I would think...like if 65 percent or greater of the mods that participate are in favor of diciplinary action (51 percent isn't really enough because that's just asking for trouble). In my own opinion, its okay for mods to do obvious things like deleting posts/threads that are blatent violations of the rules, but on a subject that is on somewhat shaky grounds or is a big case, I believe deliberation between the mods is necissary.

I agree with this... hmmm... from what I've read so far, it seems like something that needs discussion. Of course, most likely you all are already discussing it.

Oh no I did put up a thread before I banned him asking for you know a reason why I shouldn't I gave the other mods a chance to change my mind. Of course it seems that only a couple of mods actually SAW my thread. Meh like I said I'll just make those posts in the crew thread telling them what I see and they can ban who THEY see fit

Mhm... I see... hmmmm... well, um, I have nothing else to say. While I personally enjoyed his company and understand his mask, it's none of my business whether he stays or goes; it's all up to you all.

I believe (IIRC) she did something like a "Warning within 2 days if yadda yadda" which was probably, in my humble opinion, not the best way to do it...but rather, as I stated, a careful review of the situation and vote. The mods should be mature enough to come to a resonable conclusion on what action should be taken. It may take a little longer then 2 days, but I believe a better solution would have been found ^^
