Jason watched as Skyler's expression went from thoughtful, to a warm, cheery smile.
"Coming from an artist, that's a complement if I ever heard one," Jason smiled.

Should I be doing this?
The thought flashed through Jason's mind, like a sudden drip of rain, the threat of an upheaval in the glory of a beautiful day.
It's fine. Jason forced the thought through his mind. Then a bitterness followed. It's not as if I have anywhere else to go.

yawning quietly, skyler stretched slightly and looked over at jason.
her lips momentarily floated around a silently formed sylable as she thought about how to phrase her question.
"w-...would you like to stay the night? i mean,.. its getting rather late, and iv got a spare room you could use...i mean, you know; you dont have to if you dont want to... just a thought.."

"Yeah," Jason nodded. "I could stay the night."

skyler smiled warmly at him, and said "ok! well, when you feel like going to bed, let me know and il fix yor bed 'n stuff for you"
