You got to be crazy If I had I would be a) rich b) running around naked c) humping you all c) Hek I think the likely hood of gettign one is about 1/5000 buckets. Gaiden, whos one of the top fishers... has over 73 days of pure fishing time, as in, in game time, and about 11k buckets... And has only caught 1 rare. So yeah... pretty rare... xd
