((I is seventeen and a HALF!))
Joshua looked up suddenly. 'I thought I heard something.' Glancing over at Marie, he frowned. She was happily trilling to herself so it couldn't have been her. Scanning the water, he looked for something that could have made the noise. Near a jutting piece of coral, there was something. Josuha's heart raced, could it be one of them from yesterday? He made up his mind to go look. No harm in it, cause if it was someone from yesterday, then awesome. If it wasn't, oh well, no one to see his foolishness. Keeping his eyes focused on what he hoped was a figure, Joshua turned to boat to head towards it.

At first, Katalina was sure he hadn't heard her, and resigned herself to watching him pass by.
Then he turned the boat towards her. Pleased, she waved a hand high above her head. "It's me!" she called.
Then she froze. What if it wasn't Joshua? What if she'd just revealed herself to a total stranger? What if...what if...

As he approached, Joshua became more and more certain that it was indeed someone. He watched as they lifted a hand and called out. Joshua's face brightened in recognition. "Katalina!" He called in response, waving as well. 'Ack! The motor! I don't know how long her tail is. I don't want it caught in the fins.' Letting the motor die, Joshua let the boat drift closer to the mermaid.

Himheco looked around,about to go home. She almost sighed,she had hoped another water spirit would have heard her,then swam off trying to sneak around any other creatures for she didn't want another pet she already had too many.

Himheco was swimming not too far from the coral reefs. In her spirit form,and almost slithering like a snake in the waters as she swam. This however,was under a huge island as well and Himheco could be seen from the surface if you look close.
(there lol....near nboth of you)

Aries smiled and hugged Axel. "Come on... you've only seen a small portion of our territory." She took him by the hand and took him on a little tour of the waters on Aries' side of the island.

he nods as she took him " such a graceful, beautiful mermaid.. i am lucky" she said kissing her tail.

Aries pointed out a few special things as they swam along. "Over there is the seaweed forest... over there is the coral reef... over there you can get tons of oysters and pretty shells... that's the place for the best fishing... and down there..." She pointed down at an old, mostly destroyed castle made of coral. "That's daddy's old castle... I don't go there much anymore. I mostly sleep in that cave I took you earlier."

Katalina, having no such compunction, swam up to the boat and put her hands on the side, pulling herself up to talk to him more easily. "Hi!" she said brightly. Letting go of the boat, she dropped back into the water for a moment, then surfaced again holding a little roll of seaweed. "Here, you can have them," she announced, dropping the seaweed into Joshua's lap.
It unrolled to reveal bits of coloured glass, sharp edges worn to smoothness by years on the beach. Her 'storm glass', or at least some of it.
Katalina liked giving things to people.
